This video was on my mind for Months! Some of the gameplays are older than the release of The Unknown 😅 But I hope it was worth it! Just a heads up, While the tiers are a clear divide, the exact positions are subjective. For example, Cheryl and Ash could be interchanged. I only did it this way to make the "narrative" and flow of the video better, like with Carlos. For all I know, Jeff could be stronger than Yun Jin.... but that doesn't matter. What is clear is the drastic difference between tiers!
Really is a shame that certain outfits that could be legendary are just very rare instead, I would have loved to see the Attack on Titan characters and Mr. Scratch in this video.
Who would win: An Alien hybrid with acid blood, a ghost, a boulder-punching asshole, and a guy who can mold the very universe he is within to his whim OR An angry french gremlin child
28:43 There's also the theory that the entity didn't actually take Bill. It was some "good force" what guide him there. This is his valhalla. Bill is a soldier, a warrior. Give him a battle to fight, some people to protect, and he will feel at home.
Nah Leon's faster. He can outrun Boulders rolling down at him at full speed and can go toe to toe in speed and agility with Krauser who can dodge point blank Shotgun, SMG, pistol, RPG shots
@@SonicAdventureEnjoyer well I dont really know about Krauser but that sounds more like inhumane reflexes than speed But even if, as I know Leon is still a normal human without any special abilitys especially the re2 Leon we have in dbd Meg is a trained athlete so I'd guess shes faster and has more endurance
@@Meg_Yeager exactly on the inhumane part. Krauser was Leon's old comrade in Re4/Darkside chronicles (I'm not calling him Major Krauser or his mentor idc remake fans I use OG versions) who was infected with a virus that made him faster than speeding bullets. Leon MATCHED him in speed as in swiping his knife and clashing, that still is speed and meg would get her head caved in barley in a second against someone like Krauser. Leon is a normal Human too, I used RE4 because Leon can use his RE4 jacket and that's the one I use/his best cosmetic.
nothing better explains my experience as a baby Dwight main than the clip of him absolutely eating shit, finding himself in the basement, then making a critical mistake that makes his teammates (that he's supposed to be "leading") super pissed
I'm gonna disagree on Carlos' placement just for the fact that he can punch a Hunter, which is one of the most dangerous BOWs in RE3 (yes, I died many times in the hospital segment, don't judge me). In general, RE survivors are basically metahumans for the amount of damage they can take and the ridiculousness of how strong and fast they are.
Good point, I still see all of them as like a superior version of Bill, as I don't see how they would fight against something that is paranormal (All RE characters seem to be "grounded" in science, and everything paranormal is supossed to be hallucinations etc)
I don't think James should be this high on the list. Silent hill 2 is my favourite video game of all times, but the real enemy you defeat (with guns and willing to overcome(?)) is your feelings of regret, represented by pyramid head. Tbh, one of the only things James canonically defeats without a gun or a melee weapon in this games is his wife 💀
@@abubaytnighan6480Alessa Gillespie is a character in silent hill. She is an ultra rare cosmetic for Cheryl. In she has much stronger psychic powers comparing to Cheryl who although manipulates the entity (Repressed Alliance) but is similar to that of Yoichi’s status, weaker comparing to their counterparts) in the Silent Hill games, which Alessa possesses various mental powers, including telekinetic abilities, premonitions, and astral projections alongside the ability to control one’s body to do whatever she pleases should she get control. She is basically all of Cheryl’s abilities + other abilities on crack. Tenfold comparing to Cheryl.
i feel like nic cage would be super high considering he has seen the movies where all these killers come from making him know all their strengths and weaknesses
Mint Skull: "Bill is the only survivor who is canonically dead." Detective Tapp who got pulled in while bleeding out at the end of SAW: ? Also very funny censoring at the end of Bill's segment.
Sad to not see Alessa Gillespie, she’s not only the strongest survivor but also the strongest character in entirety of DbD, I could argue that she’s even stronger than the entity itself. Sissy was the cause of Silent Hill nightmares, demon gods grants her wishes, she has omnipotent powers; able to wish death on anyone and it would happen, only her morality is holding her back. Even in Silent hill movies made Pyramid Head obey her like a servant (meanwhile also titled as THE grim reaper)
Cheryl Mason from SH3 = Cheryl from SH1 + Alessa from SH1 (two parts of one personality). Means Cheryl = Alessa = the God of SH herself (one of manifestations of the GOD as it can manifest infinitely).
@@adalrichmartin9593 Yes but Cheryl’s beliefs holds her back from wielding powers like Alessa as she’s an atheist and thinks it’s all fairytales. Alessa utilized godly powers to it’s full extent therefore it’s more worthy to mention her
Alan wake 2 spoilers! In Alan wake 2 we also find out that Alan and scratch merged into one, which means Alan is the dark presence also. With that info Alan is easily the strongest.
Cheryl on same level: she also has Alessa Gillespie as "dark" part of her personality, and Alessa is= the GOD of SH (one of manifestations of the God), means Cheryl = the GOD. Same as Alan Wake/Scratch.
The real survivor no one talks about is Vigo. He used the Fog to create the hatch, generators and exit gates as a means of cheating the Entity's once-unavoidable torture, which the Entity later kept because it learned that it's more pleasant to give survivors hope before tearing it away. He also made much stronger versions of all of the tools we have now via the Fog, until the Entity took them away. There are 3 tools that have excerpts of Vigo's journal that describe this (Engineer's Toolbox, Rainbow Map, and I forget). Furthermore, Vigo either died (which would honestly be a disappointment to his character), or has already escaped the Entity's realm *despite* the Entity's strength, via the putrid serum (which we already know via the Blight is incredibly addictive & dangerous). So basically, he's the sole reason for the existence of *everything the survivors have aside from perks*
I think you're underslling Cheryl quite a bit. She's a reincarnation of an entity powerful enough to hold off a total dimensional collapse. The lore from Silent Hill 1 is wild, but Cheryl is basically a god in human form herself, just with limited knowledge of her own abilities.
I think that actually Rebecca might be the weakest RE character, not Carlos, is we specifically talk about the moment they are taken from. Both are trained but Rebecca is more of a Nurse oriented character instead of combat and she wouldnt have survived Resident Evil 0 if it wasn't for Billy Coen, and Carlos is a character who alreado have been through some serious sh!t before the Racoon city events.
@@ambersonerikson3122 The remakes are a re-telling of the originals a sort of what if in the own words of the creator of re so no the remakes are no more canon than the og ones.
I understand Dwight is weak but did he deserve all that slander? Also what was he supposed to do while Trapper killed Jake and Claudette fist fight him?
Although I do think Mikaela is not very powerful, I think her and Sable should both be in the second tier just because they have paranormal experience.
Someone on twitter once said “Alan wake is either a regular human or Kirby tier and there is no in between” and honestly dbd only makes this issue worse
Steve and Nancy should be higher, Steve killed a bunch of demobats and almost killed a demogorgon and almost killed a demodog, and even helped destroy the spider monster. Nancy also might have literally killed vecna, (she obviously didn’t but she got very close) and she’s just a badass so like-
9:04 "She (Kate) is also the only survivor to have canonically escaped the entity's attempt at taking her into the realm at least once" Didn't Mikaela also escape the entity in her backstory?
No I don't think so. She just got toyed with by the Entity. It showed her visions of the trials, stole/killed/unknown her best friend and finally took her.
With Michael Myers his powers come from the fear of the townsfolk, and eventually they started instead thinking Lori Strode was the source of the curse so his power started transferring to her and that’s why he keeps going after her so he can reclaim all of his power; And because they’re both tied to the legend they’re both superhuman and that’s why she can survive a lot of encounters with him
actually the chris redfield we have in dbd is resident evil 5 chris, as evidenced by his stubble. hes just wearing his stars costume which you could also do in re5
You did Cheryl dirty by not covering her actual supernatural feats. First, she was required to give birth to the cult from Silent Hills god. She was the only person who could perfectly birth a legitimate god due to her psychic abilities. The god she killed was imperfect because the person who birthed it wasn’t nearly on her level. It’s suggested the only reason you can kill the infant god is because it’s imperfect. Cheryl is a reincarnation of her prior self, Alessa. A reincarnation she forced to prevent the birth of the cults god. She split her soul into two and despite being half of herself, she was able to exert control and alter the other world of Silent Hill, which is its own dimension. She was able to subconsciously create the monsters Harry comes across through her nightmares, has demonstrated the ability to warp reality casually and could have annihilated Silent Hill if not for Harry. Even if we ignore the abilities she showcased in her last incarnation, she demonstrates some aspect of them in Silent Hill 3. Heather/Cheryl has the power of premonition. If you want to go a little further, you could suggest she was subconsciously holding back the god fetus within her for most of the game. It’s suggested Heather/Cheryl might possess all her psychic abilities, but that they are untapped and currently beyond her conscious control.
i still think its wierd that meakala and sable are so low, i mean sable can do whole ass telekenetic rituals that change the entitys rules and meakala has LITTERAL FUTURE SIGHT.
To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Claudette Morel. The lore is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of botany knowledge most of the humor will go over a typical viewer's head. There is also Claudette's empathetic outlook, which is deftly woven into her characterization - her personal philosophy draws heavily from Dr Alphys from the game Undertale, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of her humor, to realize that they're not just funny- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike Claudette Morel truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humor in Claudette's classic catchphrase of "It's Self Carin time!," which itself is a cryptic message towards the state of the survivor's lack of self conservation whilest they endure through the grueling and demoralizing trials pushed forth by the entity. I'm chuckling right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Sarah Robinson's genius unfolds itself on their computer screens. What fools... how I pity them.☺And yes by the way, I DO have a Self Care tattoo. And No, you may not see it. It's for the Claud Main's eyes only- And even they have to demonstrate that they're within 5 IQ points of my own (preferably lower) beforehand.
I'm also a proud member of the Claudette Morel Mains Community and I can guarantee that all of this being said is 100% true and I have essays and studies done by researchers in numerous countries that can confirm this statement.
Late, but,....it's not that people hate her story. They hate how hard she still is and definitely WAS to find during a match. Before I got reset, I was a proud t3 clauddy.
15:16 I like Jonah, but I never knew his lore is this bad. "He hacked the bank account of the rebeles, but the CIA didn't like that so they tried to kill him".
Alucard definitely takes second place now, with Trevor not being far behind. Lara is probably behind Bill just for the amount of bodies she has throughout the trilogy, though if we're going from when she was taken, tier 2 might be a better fit. Rain I have no idea but if she fights Xenomorphs and survives, she's deserving of at least Tier 3.
Hi! Can you make an updated version of the monetization video? BHVR has lowered the price of a majority of characters, with 8 more being schedule to be priced less. They also added a rule where all original outfits are available from release with Iridescent Shards, unless they are purple rarity, which become available with shards 30 days after release. Since it takes about 3,000,000 BP to get a character to P3, the grind and pay to win aspect is lower. You still have to pay for licensed characters, but looking at the store, you need to spend $123 for all licensed content.
I still think Ash Williams should have been put in Dead by Daylight as a Killer; maybe under Entity’s Mind control/manipulation to make it make sense cus… yeah he would fully work as a killer as well.
Hear. Me. Out. Dwight solos everyone because, in reality, Emperor Dwight is his true form and he wrote Alan Wake into existence to make the entity so Dwight could play games. He disguises himself as an average person, but only true knowledgeable people (Dwight mains like myself) know his true power. So... Dwight solos everyone!!
Love the list! Especially the mention of Elodie effectively being Lara Croft, now only if she'd pull a Lara and find that artifact she was looking for to kill/harm the Entity lol. Also with Alan, he is technically a Para-Utilitarian as Control and Alan Wake share a universe, meaning he could also likely harness supernatural artifacts to his will. With his type writer being classified as one of those special items in Control.
i kind of want to see a campaign of dbd where you play as Vittorio and you epxlore the outside of trials and get stronger with mystical abilities, i feel like that would be fun
Okay but have you seen Dwight in a dinosaur costume? He's so scary that he terrifies every killer he comes across and gets spared each time. Very overpowered!
Technically Bill is the strongest. In Left 4 Dead, he's a confirmed carrier of the Green Flu, pretty much killing and turning anyone he's near. He obviously doesn't like this, since he tries to keep people alive, and even sacrifice himself for his friends, but that doesn't change the fact that he has a lethal aura around him. His proximity is literally deadly to everyone in game, unless they are also somehow carriers.
Alan would simply write, "William Overbeck, born to die a hero, carrier of the Green Flu that ravaged the world he was from, simply fucking stopped being a carrier, he was now a healthy, PTSD inflicted soldier. The end."
@@MikeadatrixMainChanneldepends on how fast alan can write Bill and any other gun wielding character could literally recreate the scene from the end of deathnote where spoilers: light trys to write everyones name but fails because bullets are faster than pen
@@Trollgaming1987 Alan writes from the cabin on the lake,is space on the dark place that nobody can reach exept for thomas zane that is basically a ghost
So hear me out. In Mortal Kombat, Ghostface can both take blows from, and with just his hands and a knife, murder Omniman. With the perk Decisive Strike, any survivor is capable of stabbing and at least stunning the killer, implying they're capable of causing them harm. Therefore, all survivors scale to planetary levels of strength. Fight me.
So, we have RE3R Carlos, RE2R Leon, RE4 Ada, RE3R Jill, RE1R Chris, RE2R Claire, RE5 Sheva, RE1R Rebecca lore-wise. From least powertful to most would be something like that: Rebecca, Carlos, Claire, Leon, Chris, Jill, Ada, Sheva.
@@Owl_Wilderness1casting of frank stone... or what ever the name is, a story game (like until dawn or detroit become human) its not out there, but you can add it to your steam wishlist
Ok, so uh. I know it's late, but where do you think the new survivors fit (i.e. the D&D bards and Trevor Belmont)? Personally I think the bards depend on what level you say they are, because a level 1 bard who barely has any spells is way weaker than a level 20 bard who can cast wish or power word kill and Trevor is well... a Belmont (remember this is GAME Trevor not TV Trevor so this is the one who stormed Dracula's castle alone and defeated all of Dracula's minions and the man himself)
Maria is a weird case in the sense that we don't know just how much exactly she was made a monster and how much she was real, as shown in the Born from a wish scenario in silent hill 2, where it's revealed that despite being a monster born from the fog of silent hill, she feels human emotions to the point that she could be partially called a victim of the city too. Being born for naught but being a shadow of Marie, in that sense I do not believe she would be all too strong (given that she too gets killed by bullets). The fact she's so human like is why she's in the fog in the first place though.
I like to think Ash being in the realm takes place during the coma he went into at the end of the Ash vs Evil Dead series as he's recovering to take on the dark ones Meanwhile I think Alan is using DBD as a means to keep horrors back from a bigger picture. I feel like he could basically be the new observer to the point of even rewriting events and things. Cause the tomes pretty much already confirm "everything is canon" also Jane can fight back against the killers cause she's a big gurl
It’s not Myers physical strength that takes the Entity. It’s the pure evil in him. He has no hope. Feels no dread. Gives nothing emotionally to the entity. And he kills survivors quickly. Starving the entity of their emotions as well. He is exactly what the Entity would fear as a being of pure nothingness.
Tl:DR Ash Williams wins by a mile. Even though Mikaela and Sable have magic, Ash has plot armor a lightyear thick. He was a deadite, but by the power of the sun (plot armor) was restored. That's just the first in a long list of impossible situations he survived.
So, Felix Richter a full grown man who is in a good physical condition and has been described as a determined individual who works better under high pressure is weaker than a young female gamer, who is also an alcoholic, because she kinda likes being chased by psychos. Makes total sense to me.
This list needs to be updated for the new releases since this vid. Trevor Belmont, Alucard, and Soma Cruz are all the three strongest survivors. Soma Cruz was confirmed to be coming in the mid chapter update in the rift so that's why I include him.
Ash and alan still beat Trevor and Alucard pretty easily. Ash has fought and killed vampire like entities and is basically Trevor, but almost literally on crack. No idea who Soma Cruz is though.
Slight correction. Chris Redfield is a member of S.T.A.R.S. Alpha Team along with Jill and dates back to the first Resident Evil and the Mansion incident. He is more experienced and stronger than Ada Wong. Ada is very strong, just not quite on the same level as Chris and Jill.
I still think Jill is the strongest if not top 3 strongest survivors. Here are some of her feats : Withstood being poisoned by a powerful venom and still was able to continue searching for the antidote and fight zombies. Tanked a slash from the T-002 tyrant She got infected and impaled by nemesis but was still able to defeat him before feinting. She survived a car crashing off of a 4 story building and walked it off. Within that same hour she got into a deadly subway train crash and was the only survivor. She also survived a giant explosion that sent her flying. All while fighting zombies and taking various slams and throws from nemesis. In re3 she is infected with parasites and endures them long enough to find the antidote. She has fast reaction time and combat speed as well because she dodged and avoided multiple attacks from bio weapons that were stated to be faster than a human at peak performance. Alan wake may have strong powers but we have to remember that Alan Wake has no physical combat experience and his powers are limited to writing. Cheryl is the only survivor I could see being the strongest besides Jill
