For a small home celebration, I decided to make a big roasted pasture chicken. How to celebrate it with healthy food from decent raw material.
The chicken was deboned, rubbed with spices and thermally processed in an atmosphere of beer, rosemary and smoke for the finale. The taste was enriched with thyme, pepper and hot pepper. It was a delicious feast. I encourage you to do it. It's not difficult - well, except for cutting out the bone, but a little patience is enough.
