Rick was very interested in learning and very interesting explaining what they do there 🙂. There was No GDPR breach as there was no data on the screens. I am sure he learned a bit too, I had no idea about Fuel Fraud etc until listening to him...Great Interesting video 👍

Rick, I hope you read this because you are a star. Being a southerner, this is what I consider to be true northern hospitality. I must have watched well over 5000 auditing style videos over the last couple of years and this is by far the best interaction I've ever seen. Rick is what I call a true British gentleman. He listened which is very rare these days, he was enthusiastic, understanding and engaging and fully supported the whole aspect of promoting our rights to photograph, video and fly drones in public. I think Rick will have his own drone before the great summer weather begins. I wish he could have scored higher but even with that he said he didn't want Bill to compromise his integrity which is very honest abs respectful. I've heard many people ask auditors to hide things. I hope Rick has continued success with this company just because he's such a gent. I'd imagine his staff like working with him, I know I'd love to have a boss like him if I was still working. Bill, would it be fairer if you did the score as a percentage? That way you could give a better representation of the overall business without compromising the scoring system. Obviously, Rick's company couldn't possibly give a tour as it would seriously compromise the integrity of their security and top secret work so they automatically get a fail for something beyond their control. The same for security badges as smaller places like this don’t really need security personnel. If you changed to a percentage score and eliminate any part of the scoring system that is not applicable, the score would be a real representation. I really wanted Rick to score 8/10 because other than solar and EV chargers they did everything right. Eliminate the tour and security badges and Rick scores 6/8 which is 75% rather than the 6/10 they were awarded which is only 60%. Just a thought and I hope you don't mind me suggesting it because it's your channel after all. I also think Bill deserves a lot of credit for his professionalism and communications skills. He gets many more positive reactions than most auditors and he doesn't deliberately go out of his way to antagonise or offend people. The amountt of tours Bill gets says it all. I loved the access platform one best, was it Summit Access in East Ardsley? The motor winding owner was a gentleman too and the tour around the metal company was amazing. I liked Sarah too, the HR manager at the Alfa Romeo leasing company, Stoneacre. She was a gorgeous lady inside and out.

This was a great video. Not *just* because the man was friendly and happy to explain the business, which taught *me* something, but he was interested when you explained the drone to him and seemed genuinely interested in learning about how clever they are.

What a lovely chap spending the time to explain how they track smugglers of diesel etc. I remember a police officer on an bomb search I was involved in decades ago, looking at the fuel tank of a 16 tonne rigid tipper (owned by paddy mcnaughtyboy), a red sheen to the top where it spilt a little. "I've seen him on the motorway, he's going to have a discussion about that when it leaves private land. Even more so the ESG, I'm shocked tbh!!! You don't often hear people being accidentaly honest about that, want a Bank loan to improve your business, employ more people, pay more tax, improve the local community etc? .......... do you have solar panels and LGBT people on the board, rainbow walkways, diversity training 🤮🤮😭😭

Great video as always, but great to see the owners coming out with the interest of finding out more about the person with a camera. And instead of giving orders and telling them that they should go and it’s illegal I’m phoning police ect ect. But the guy was incredibly nice and interested. And talking about the business and what goes on. Great guy and we need more people like him

Rick learned that he needs to be aware of drones to protect his company , but also to protect his customers data . There is no aggravation about being caught out on the GDPR issue that he THOUGHT was OK, but turned out not to be . Forewarned is Forarmed . Although this was a very good interaction with BP, you would think a security authentication company, would know about GDPR and not have screens facing out, towards the public area. They didn’t have anything on there screens at that time but could do in future.

Willing to listen and willing to talk. If only all companies took this attitude.

Top marks for Rick for being a normal human being and taking negatives about the business positively. The best thing for businesses on lower floor windows would be one way tint film, staff would still be able to enjoy the light coming in with the safety of knowing no one can look in.

Its just that this company / Rick even though no solar or chargers was so fantastic should be able to get a 10. I even reckon an 11. This was like a proper documentary finding out how companies do thier best and feel and enthusiasm. BRILLIANT.👍😎

Just concerning the screens and data breaches. There's little point in mentioning potential data breaches. if the monitors are off, there's no data breach, end of. For all you know they're mock monitors. 🤷‍♀ One might as well say to a person through an uncurtained window. _'Hey! Your modesty would be compromised if you were naked!'_ _'Ummm, I'm not naked, what are you blabbering on about?'_ I got that 'internal dialogue' from the faces of these guys when you mentioned the 'off' monitors tbh.
