Very versatile support. Where Luocha will just outheal the enemy, and Fu Xuan will outtank the enemy, HuoHuo just allows the DPS in a certain setup to do their thing better.

I choose to summon for her because she looks fun. But she end up becoming one of my main healers for my Clara team. Clara's quicker ults means she not only gain aggrro faster but she also has faster access to advance counter attacks and improving her aoe dmg by a lot. When Huohuo and Tingyun are geared right, they allow the Clara team to get a secound dps like Topaz or a powerful toughness breaker like Luka or Break-build SW with a added bonus of a higher ult charge up 😊

Huohuo with S5 Shared Feeling, Tingyun, Bronya, and Jingliu with Energy Regen Rope is currently what I'm running right now, and boy Jingliu just doesn't wanna go out of her enhanced state. Huohuo definitely changed the way I run my characters and its so much fun and comfortable coming from someone who only used Bailu/Lynx to sustain

HuoHuo being space Bocchi is enough for me to pull her but i gotta say HuoHuo+JL+Tingyun make a disgustingly strong team. I wonder how is hoyo gonna sell future sustain units cuz i ain't going back to "just keeping the team alive" now that i have HuoHuo

This game appears to be following a traditional gacha formula for their character releases unlike Genshin. Which means we can already tell what is going to happen, in about a year or so the Meta will shift away from Hypercarry Destruction to mono or duo teams. We are seeing a subtle shift now as it's no accident that Ruan Mei works great with Jingliu / Yanqing / Herta with a Pela on board, but is a bit niche for any other team unless you go out of your way to get break effect going. So of course a new Ice abundance character will want to support this in some way while healing, it's also no accident that March and Gepard happen to specifically work the best with Yanqing and Herta's playstyles as well even though they can protect anyone. They are getting the berserkers and boosters out early to front load us for variety purposes but most likely just like with FGO and similar games it will eventually prefer either pure aoe or pure single target depending on if you are fighting a boss or a wave rush, using the berserkers we already have now to fill the gap.

@@TheUlquiorraCifer yup thats why in the end i decided to take her even thou i do have all 4 sustains build Fu Leoucha Linx and Natash witch was my favorite 2nd sustain before Fu coming out it really depends on what your fighting im happy with Hua on my Kafka dot team but honestly she cant replace my Loucha on my Jing Yuan/Bronya team as she simply messes up the skill consumption every time something hits too hard i had the same problem with Natash prior for that team over all she is great but not a must pull it really depends on where one is with there acc ^_^

@@leostiffer530 yea very understandable honestly in your case id recommend skip and wait for her or Loucha rerun if you dont have him and see if you need Argenti or Dr Ratio with better 4* banner that are worth the jems and would be nice to save up some for Mei she is expected to rival Bronya thou we'll see when her skills come out officially by Hoyo

Been a big fan of Topaz Clara with Huohuo and Tingyun. It's been surprisingly flexible and Huohuo + Tingyun make it so that either carry can be the primary battery recipient while functioning perfectly fine as sub-dps.

NGL I haven't built my Tingyun yet despite being E6 because I'm very casual and just do the things I think are fun, but because Clara is my favorite character this team sounds really fun. I'll have to consider building her now

HouHou pretty much made Jing Liu all the more cemented in not being powercrept anytime soon. She basically gives her a lite version of E6 by extending special transmigration, heck if you have E6 Jing Liu its practically permanent in even longer fights. In content where you might really need defense reduction she even works as a lite Tingyuan so you can slot in Pela without sacrificing room for Da Bronya.

Huo huo, IbL, Jingliu, and Tingyun has been my permanent team for a week straight. It kills things so fast that I don’t need the skill point to heal that often.

I used Houhou, Tingyun, and Bronya with Jingliu to 0 cycle MoC 10 Part B True Sting. Houhou basically fulfills the role of a third support but also being able to full heal my team, making it way safer to do. I love her. ♥ I use S5 Quid Pro and Passerby Set on her. I only need Houhou to ult once on Wave 2 to 0 cycle True Sting, and everything else is far easier to 0 cycle in this current MoC. The goal for the fight is to Ult once in Wave 1 and Ult twice in Wave 2 with Jingliu with high uptime on buffs in Wave 2. Quid Pro is great for this and Passerby Set lets me skill once on Huohuo which is all I need for a 0 cycle-length fight.

I've been pondering a bit in this regard, my Huohuo heals are crazy, 2.8k main and 2.2k adjacent, but healing doesn't really do much more than that lol, I'll swap to Post Op Conversation and see how it goes, my Huohuo has 152 speed, you think is worth aiming for higher?

I've been using Jing Yuan, Hyperspeed Bronya, Tingyun, and Huo Huo. The team feels so nice and strong with how many 10 stack LL I can get and the amount of buffs I put on Jing.

I went to E1 my Huohuo for the capabilities to make her like a Pseudo Harmony (similar to what I did to my FX and Luocha). I like using her with Jingliu and IL yea. Tho in Jingliu's case, since mine is on Atk Boots, Bronya is almost mandatory.

Awesome MrPokke. Been using that team of Huohuo, Jingliu, Pela & Ting ever since Huohuo was released. It's so much fun this team. Huohuo is simply more fun to use than Fu or Luocha. It feels so rewarding if you are able to keep Jingliu in her enhanced state for as long as possible. Or have DanIL cycle through his Ult faster. I love seeing big numbers on the screen & Huohuo is better at achieving that even if the chance of failing is greater...but honestly who cares. So many care about auto battle & if that is how you want to play than by all means. Though thats not really playing the game is it.

Houhou’s s1 lc, for thoughs who pulled, has a great emergency heal it just takes timing to ult in the midsts of enemy attacks, “When ANY ally uses their Ultimate, the wearer restores HP for the ally currently with the lowest HP percentage by an amount equal to 10% of the healed ally's Max HP”. It’s not the strongest but I had to mention this since I haven’t heard it any where and I find it very good.

May i ask this: if i have JY, topaz (E0 no S1) and DHIL E0S1 as my main DPSes, should i pull for Huo Huo? I only have Fuxuan and Gepy as 5* sustains. Would it be okay to run JY-Topaz-Asta-FX and on other side DHIL-TY-Pela-HH as my main 2 teams? Post OP S5 lets goooo Edit: i just realised that JY-Topaz-Asta-HH also sounds like a decent option to cycle more ults, while Fuxuan is SP positive fopr DHIL most of the time and i can 2T ult on him with E6 TY anyway

What I'm getting from this is, HH enables you to front load your damage due to her Energy regen, thus killing the enemy fast to make her SP consumption a non-issue. However I'm still not convinced. What happens if you can't kill the enemy fast enough? Especially with the new moc levels and Pure fiction, where enemy keep respawning. Can HH even maintain her EAA rotation in heavy SP teams like Bronya-JL or DHIL over at least 5 cycle?

"The more enemies you defeat and the more DMG you deal within a limited number of cycle, the higher your score will be." It seems they also provide some buffs that we can choose. If my guess is true, then Pure Fiction should not be a problem. Get the score ASAP for the highest reward, then get out. If she can't maintain EAA to get the highest score, play safely albeit takes longer. I don't know what the future mode will be, but if it has buff similar to SD, then it should be fine, as the buff is insane.

Mr.pokke can you answer 1 questions please, why are you giving disinformation? Or am i missing something or how you can achieve a PERMANENT 2T ultimate on characters like bronya if HouHou Ultimate is ready only 1 time per 3 auctions(turns)??? Especially when we are using bronya, so, here a thing: lets imagine turn order Bronya ->HouHou ->Bronya and etc. And nn first circle it may be good, but in next, when we made a second turn of bronya we will be missing energy, cause we haven't maked a turn with houhou(so bronya don't have ultimate to buff already buffed ally( that one, which we buffed with E). So, if we don't have a permanent 2t rotation, how you can say about it ?

Go for Huohuo, she's a huge upgrade from natasha and march. She's more of a utility support rather sustain really but she does more than enough heal to keep your teammates alive.

The possibilities are very interesting, but the basis for them (3 turn ult) seems like a big stretch of an assumption to me. Requires several hits or a crazy amount of energy procs. Still a great analysis and summary though, ty. Lots of food for thought.

I took off all of E2 DHIL’s relics except for sphere and shoes for speed tuning just to see how many EBAs I can get in 150 av (only counting 1st side of MOC not the refresh) He was able to do 6 EBAs with TY HH and Bronya 😂 even without Bronya he can do 5.

You're asking this why? Are you new or are you a veteran? If you're veteran you should already know the end game content here is piss fucking easy so Huo Huo is great and all but she is the definition of a "win more" character. For new players they should still go for Luocha first, he should be coming back "soon". If you're on a tight budget Ruan Mei is definitely the better support coming soon as well. HH is only good for your account if you have the luxury to pull on all or most banners. That doesn't mean she is bad or isn't "fun", but if you want to be utilitarian about it, then yeah two well built sustain units is all you need, then focus on supports(only getting our first limited Harmony now) then DPS. Don't be baited by CCers or YT content, you'll see "X unit is BROKEN" literally every patch. First rule of thumb is if everyone is broken then nobody is actualy broken, people are 0 cycling MOC 10 with fucking Arlan. The real grind and wall is the time and resin investment for characters and relics.

You don't need her. She helps increase the ceiling of your teams but but fundamentally she's still a sustain and her main job is to keep your team alive. If you have characters who fill this role well then she's just a luxury not a need

I personally find it very hard to solo sustain with HUOHUO compared to all other sustain characters she heals all characters to max but there's zero damage mitigation or major healing outside of her turn unlike all other sustain characters who either have both or at least one .

The second we get a battery support that increases dps in a different bracket than atk (crit buffs, def down, dmg% up, etc.) Jingliu will become tier -1

Actually hanabi can boost Jingliu with more advance forward. 6 JL turns in first cycle instead of 4.

@@Piccoclolothose last 30% make a WORLD of diference, it took a couple changes in values to make jingliu go from mid asf to top dps in the game tied with DHIL, hanya from a must have support to good but not necessary and Ruan mei from underwhelming to Bronya levels of broken

I rly like huohuo...I do...but as much I want her, as someone who has Gepard, loucha as well as all the 4 star sustains strong enough to solo sustain (including Fire MC), i can't justify pulling for her ( I'm f2p to be clear ). She's a great unit, but she's definitely more valuable for new players. As more for someone like me and most players, she's a luxury pull despite being rly good, as stated in this video.

same mindset everyone had with Silver Wolf now look where that got them they regretted skipping her. Never let 4*'s stop you from seeing the value in Huohuo who is the main prize. Like its dumb people look at the 4*'s being a deciding factor in what they pull making them miss out on high value characters.

Huohuo value will increase when we got SP generator support like hanya and hanabi soon. They let her use her best rotation which is SP neutral.

I don't want to pull her at first. But she's just too cute to skip, so I'm sold 😂 Honestly I'm happy with her performances for my Jingliu's team. When paired with Tingyun, Jingliu can stay in enhanced mode for 4 turns really.. I almost reached 200k damage during the weekly boss fight against Phantylia.

She may seem undervalued if you consider her to be a healer who could buff. But she appears to be much more appreciated if you see her as a buffer who could heal.
