But how can the workers tell that it is their money. workers are paid wages/ salary for their labour. the top management enjoys luxury but contribute to the success of the company. however, the workers could not understand this and thinks that the company achieve success only because of the labour of the workers. your attitude about the luxury enjoyed by the royals is also the same.
