Why every rider should do a track day 

Here I explain my thoughts on why I think everyone should go and do a track day on their bikes.
The main reason is because you can explore the limits of your bike in a safe environment and that makes you a better rider. For example If you can use the extreme braking capacity of your bike to the max, which you can do on a track, when you get that "OMG" moment on the road you'll be more prepared to stop more quickly and safely. The same goes for cornering.
