Guys, listen to Craig. I was literally a different person last year this time; depressed, anxious, cant sleep/eat...slept with his playlist on. My ex had 2 rebounds after me, and believe you me it stings real bad. A year on, lots of self reflection and counselling I started feeling stronger when he broke no contact,had a relapse and had to set a boundary. Then 5 months later he broke no contact again, begging me on his knees to give him another chance saying that breaking up with me was the worst mistake he made. We taking it tortoise steps.. still following you religiously... this time I also need to have healthy boundaries, love yourself first❤️

If they leave you for someone else, especially right away, it is absolutely disrespectful. They have already proved that they are untrustworthy, especially when you thought the break up was out of nowhere and they didn't even want to try to communicate to resolve whatever it was that made them want to go through the breakup. Do yourself a favor. Let them have whatever downgrade they want, because in the end it's really you that matters and Craig is right- it's all about personal growth and being the best you and the best option for someone who will truly love you for you unconditionally.

It’s been 4 months since my ex ended the relationship. I haven’t heard from her since and it’s definitely for the best. I’ve made so much progress in personal and physical growth. Trust me when I say that things get better with time. The relationship was great and beautiful but her mental and emotional health was not the best. I decided to talk to a therapist after the breakup and I definitely recommend it. I went out on a date last night and it was the best night I’ve had in a long time. We had great chemistry and had a wonderful night. She is definitely an amazing woman and we plan to see each other soon. Thank you Coach Craig. I never got to do a one on one session with you due to financial reasons but I know I’ve learned a lot from just watching your videos. I continued the personal growth and always will. My ex was a full blown narcissistic. After 7 months NC after a terrible breakup I've found myself again. I'm no longer being abused or put down. I'm happier making new friendships and thriving without her. I see my daughter and that brings me real joy. Trust in the process and stay NC it will be hard but listen to the coaches and work on YOU not them.

The sad truth is, once a relationship ends, it usually stays that way. Even if they return, it's either for the wrong reasons (the dumper got dumped by her rebound and needs attention and an ego boost), or the same issues play out and the dumper leaves again. I don't know anyone - and certainly not myself - who had a relationship end and then begin again, other than very briefly. And I've been around for quite a while

A lot of good points. This time is for healing and growth, and whatever happens can be dealt with as it comes up. Mindfulness meditation has helped recently to refrain from thinking too much about the past or the future, and to focus on the current moments I am experiencing. For example, today is a good day. I woke up early, got ready for work, and have already caught up on my duties for the morning. Sure I still think about my ex but I let those thoughts come and go like waves in an ocean. When I am ready to do reflection, that's when I allow myself to look backwards and forwards. I look at what happened, what was good and bad, and I take notes about what I want going forward. Then, if I get overwhelmed, I simply say, "This too shall pass," and let the waves go back out once again. I know I'm a serial commenter the last few days, but these videos help, and so do the comments. I hope this one can be of some help as well. Do the growth, and experience what life has in store for you.

Craig actually has a good singing voice, started my Skype with singing Happy birthday to me! I feel so much better after talking to someone who understand this. And please guys, do the workbooks, they have helped me so much with improving my self and processing the breakup!

Mine has started dating 9 months after NC. Thankfully it wasn’t right away, but I think no matter how long it’s been it’s always hurtful seeing them move on. My anxiety has sky-rocketed bc likely it is not a rebound in my case, and it has a higher chance of lasting. Oh well, her loss.

About 2 mins in the video and throwing it out there that I personally haven't gone back to my ex because she cheated, lied and a whole bunch of other things. I never will go back to her either. Over 4 years of being in a relationship and I left 3 years ago. She still tries to contact me every once in awhile. I haven't replied once in 3 years, I said my good byes 3 years ago as she was being lowered to the grave.

Great video awesome view points, the person I miss still hasn't come back in almost a year he is avoidant, till this day I am trying to move forward but the love & emotions are still there creeping up from time to time, but as more time passes it's more of a healing process for me to learn & grow & be a better version of myself. Maybe one day I hear from them I'm not sure but I be healed & will no longer hold on to anger & hurt we see. It is frustrating to see so much time pass but we have to heal our selfs first that's important too :)

I highly recommend the workbooks to everyone that has gone through a breakup and wants to feel better. The workbooks help you understand your situation and especially yourself better. You will make changes and feel better by doing the work in them.

It’s been a bit over 4 months since we said our goodbyes. Last time we talked was 33 days ago when she said she still loved me but hated me, we talked a bit about the breakup and how she realized she’s toxic in her relationships and needs to heal. She also said she doesn’t want to get back together because she doesn’t think we are a good match. She’s going on a European trip for 2 months in a week. I feel like it’s hopeless but maybe this trip will give her clarity. I’ve changed a lot since our breakup.

No contact for 4 months. She seems to be in a relationship with a guy who was "just a friend". So she's never coming back and I give up hope (referring to Craig's earlier video). It was not me as a person she cared about and I can't believe she wanted me so much pain.

My ex dumped me ones dated someone else came back and proclaimed she wanted something serious with me because she realized some bullshit. The second time around lasted longer however it was twice as worse at the first time we dated. After all the childish and immature fights and the lying and leading me on she dumped me and 1 week later started texting some other guy who she dated for 3-4 months then dumped. It's been 11 months since we broke up i see her sometimes at college but it's just no communication from me fuck that no point talking to someone who was lying to you the whole time.

4 years after breakup, her last email was like: "I still love you but from the inside I know we are different, need to work on myself, please stop telling me that you love me because I will never move on from this" it was a ldr for 5 years, I know she stills checks out my social network, I have not because there some stuff it is better not knowing. It's always said that the dumper dates someone else, but the dumpee could easily date someone after the break up just saying. Even tho both scenarios are unhealthy mentaly.
