7/27/2018: the point isn't that heller and martinez stayed friends after the assault. the point is that heller LIED and said they stopped being friends in 2016. here's proof they were friends in 2017: • TIMOTHY HELLER EXPOSED... if she has nothing to hide, there's no reason to lie. please remember occam's razor, and that all of these points work together to create one picture. most of these things alone prove nothing, but when they're all viewed together like parts of a machine, it's enough to convince me that martinez is innocent.

i'm not trying to make a heller diss video or something, but it's kind of hard for me not to get emotional when i have my personal experiences in the back of my head the whole time. i just want to say that i don't believe her, and that she contributes to rape culture by lying about rape. for some reason actual rape victims kind of push it under the rug, but lying about rape is actually a HUGE problem that happens ALL THE FUCKING TIME, and it hurts our credibility. it needs to be STOPPED AND PUNISHED. i hope this rape drama ends soon, because i'm kind of sick of it. and i'm also sick of kids thinking melanie martinez is a rapist and that sexual assault is okay, which is an inevitability of lying that heller should have fucking predicted.
on another note, guys, i know you're going to want to go home and take a shower, but please go to the hospital asap, get a rape kit, and report it to the police. not reporting it to the police is one of my biggest regrets in life--i chose not to for lots of reasons; since there was no penetration, (thank fucking god i was wearing boxer shorts since he was going in that angle), i wasn't sure if it was technically rape or abuse and it happened in a different state than the one i lived in, both having different laws and definitions of rape. (still not sure if it's considered rape or sexual assault, and most of the things i read on it had varying opinions on what counted as rape, and a ton of sites used them interchangeably; so if i used the word wrong, i'm sorry) and i worried that his college friends would beat the shit out of me and meanwhile he'd be charged with abuse and see like 3 months in jail or no time at all. in other words, it would be all for nothing. though in retrospect he might have been kicked out of the military, and some people would hesitate to get close to him. that wouldn't have been enough for me, but better than nothing. i could call him out on twitter with the hashtag #MeToo, but it wouldn't make a damn bit of difference. You need to report it as soon as you can; it'll bring you peace sooner, and it'll keep it from happening to someone else. and if the courts don't decide in your favor... i guess #MeToo would be your next stop. but i guess you'd have to talk to someone who went through that step.
