@@steveharper879 He is trying to reverse his overall age , going back in time isn’t sole solution to making something look younger, starfishes and some type of sea creatures are basically immortal , they don't have a time machine they just regenerate their dead cells in some way , so by definition what he is trying to achieve is being young , feeling something is subjective , being something is absolute

The facial fat can be divided in two layers. The first-one is superficial, between the skin and the superficialis fascia. Its function is essentially protective and its morphological implications are major, especially according to the facial aging. The other layer is deep, under the superficialis fascia.

Another thing that will make you look fresher is choosing a lighter hair color. The one you have on now is perhaps too dark , giving a harsh contrast to your skin shade and contributing to the "more aged appearance"

The negative comments are really because certain people are cowards and feel secure in making such remarks. In an unproductive way, it makes them feel better about themselves. The quality of their character becomes evident. Also, their intelligence (lack thereof). Bryan Johnson has the means and ability to try to improve his overall wellness and longevity. More power to him. Since he is being transparent, at the end of the day, the average person may be able to benefit from his protocols. Hopefully, the scalability of cost will be much more affordable because of this.

He has fat injected so this isn’t want he looked like. Also when you see old gaunt faced people the lack of facial fat is a clear marker of old age because the skin sags and wrinkles

Of course, I fully understand the current price, as I can empathise with the effort involved in ensuring the highest quality ingredients. But at €410/month in Europe, the price is unfortunately only for the highest income group at the moment

@@danieloinonen8476 it comes back harder and the fat pads become more and more isolated - they do not fill the gaps in-between anymore, so nasolabial folds and around-eyes area are just as prominent, even if you manage to get more fat. Some people also become bloated instead of having fat in their face, but this just ends up looking just as unhealthy, although it might make you look younger

You can’t change your face structure, some people look better with more fat vs not. If i drop under 18% bodyfat i look worse too.

I think the problem is not only in the structure of skin cells, but also in the aging of the intercellular matrix, which is what gives the skin elasticity, and if the matrix is already old, it will not be elastic and there will be wrinkles and the skin will be flabby

when you cut out sugar and excess carbs (carbon hydrates) you loose alot of water swelling as well. I see fat loss in your face but what I really see is alot less water retention and swelling from sugar/carb overload

That sucks. Same thing happened to me when I got in the best shape of my life. However I feel a lot more healthy, energetic and young now. The trade off is worth it!! Ps I think you look better now with a more chiseled face. We need to stop associating looking young with being attractive. You can be a beautiful older person or an unattractive young person or vice versa. Nothing to do with each other

I have found the more fat i gained on my fave the older i look based off peoples comments. When i was underwight people thought i was a teenager and since i have gained fat in my face i get seen as someone in their early 20's

Nope. I’m vegan and constantly get told I look much younger than my age (I’m 47). The difference is that I choose to have a bit more body fat. Some of it is genetics too, of course.

I remember a dermatologist saying this.. You either want a really lean body with a flat stomach (especially becuz stomach fat is the last to disappear.. you're more likely to lose it on your face , arms and legs and then you stomach..) or a fuller younger looking face ..you can't have both.. atleast not naturally without any intervention.. O i remember..it has the doctor who founded "pillow talk derma" skin care brand... She is quite big on youtube as well..

Honestly you look good. when i lost weight i got a lot of comments like ”you looked better before” etc. It might just be people being insecure about their own weight since im guessing a lot of people have problems with their weight which i think is sad to see. I think a little bit of tanning lotion could work. I’m afraid losing weight too fast because exactly this: you lose face fat when you crash diet or change habits radically too fast.

Its difficult! Yes, we want.that low body fat percentage but the face bears the brunt. I remember in one of your early pics you said every calorie had to fight for inclusion. Personally, I've raised my body fat percentage so I don't look gaunt. I d recommend the same to you because in one of your latest pods, Like others I thought you looked fragile. I m in my fifties , so it s a no brained! Love and respect from the UK. ❤

It’s normal when we loose fat in general our face will be more boney let’s say but overall the skin is stretched , there are no marks , the skin looks amazing ! So I think the people commenting dumb things they have no idea what means to look healthy and feel younger and most probably they don’t look fit and feel insecure ! You are doing a good job and just ignore them ! No need to bring the scientific explanation for them ! They might not understand it either 😄

@@pixienailco.2576 yeah I heard he's taking something to restore hair colour, I'm just wondering why it's not coming back in as more red. His natural colour in those early photos works so well with his skin and eye colour. I think it would take years off him looks wise to restore that lighter warmer colour. But he obviously has his reasons.
