Big Sugar paid to have Fat be the villain, and the FDA was in on it from the start. If you make a law that does not allow artificial ingredients, things change quickly.
Same.. always told me to eat no more then one egg per day or better even per week 😂 also no spices (if anyone ever wondered why germans mainly used Salt and pepper, it's because everything else Was said to be super harmful while also pushing vegtables and seed oils as hwalthy) I bet a little cayenne pepper aint as bad as all those seed oils and unripe fruit they sold us 😂..
@@vanessarheadart9708eating fats can easily make someone fat while eating carbs someone can still be a healthy weight. Why do so many people make this claim when half the reason of the US’s obesity is because of oils being in basically everything. Go look at bascially every high added sugar non liquid product and it will have oils added to it. You cant just make a claim that an entire macronutrient doesn’t affect weight gain at all because a certain high quality food that has it will usually help people lose weight.
I grew up on a ranch. The majority of our meal had more meat then vegetables. I still eat more meat then vegetables. Meat fills me up and i don't eat all day. Yet we never got sick. Our checkup with the doctor were very good. My parents were healthy. I am now 80 and people keep telling me I look around 55. I still walk all over and can still jog.
I think it helps that your life likely didn't allow for you to focus on food. Often seditary jobs result in people eating more. Because the body tells them they are hungry when they are just tired mentally, bored or stressed.

The first week is the only temptation for sugar as your body goes through the withdrawal of carbohydrates and sugar after that it is the most amazing journey currently I started walking on my treadmill and I could barely do a mile after 2 weeks I'm at 2 and 3/4 Miles at 3.4 Miles an hour at 55 years old that is fantastic not to mention around the 2 mile mark I've been getting runners high just worked just walking that high makes you feel almost spiritual I praise the Lord at that moment and I thank him for all he's doing in my life and this is definitely an answer from the Lord of my prayers and I'm sure if you came across this message he's speaking to you as well I believe it will change your life also I wish you the best I am your brother and Christ praise God♥️♥️
When I think back to my childhood and my diet, it’s no wonder that I’m insulin resistant. Breakfast M-F consisted of sugary cereals. School lunch was a pb&j sandwich with an apple and a Twinkie and dinner was often stoffer’s frozen meals or meat but served with a heavy side of carbs (rice, potatoes, macaroni or corn). My dear mom didn’t know any better so I would never blame her. But now that I know better, my kids get eggs & bacon 7 days a week. On rare occasions for a treat, I give them French toast, but it’s still accompanied by a side of eggs and bacon or sausage. And of course their lunches & dinners are meat based. I don’t restrict fruits and veggies at this point, but they have chosen on their own to not really indulge in those anyway.

That's crazy! I've been shadow banned and throttled drive very early on from what I can tell, so there seems to be people that don't want this out there. That's why we need as many voices out there as possible saying these things to simply overwhelm the barriers
Dr. Ken Berry got me started on research of the pros and cons of this diet! Been on it since 8/8/23, and lost 45 pounds, and keeping it off. Did it for gout, and it worked! I’m convinced, and not changing my lifestyle! Results proved to me what works!

I eat bacon, eggs and sausage with a half stick of butter daily, Oh, and I pour the entire bacon grease onto my eggs and my bloodwork shows that my cholesterol has dropped.
@08turboSS while that may be true, high LDL on its own is not that important. As long as one's HDL is high, triglycerides/A1C low (in addition to other markers of inflammation, such as C-Reactive Protein), LDL can be high. If one is worried, an addional lipid panel can be performed (Fractionated Lipid Panel) to check for LDL particle size & count. There is more to this than just a blanket statement, "you have high LDL, therefore you're sick." 🤦♂️✌️

Was just telling my 90 y.o. Father-in-law this very same thing today (7/7/2024) and I could tell he did not want to hear my point of view. Carnivore 6 months now. His son, my late husband would have reversed his cancer if he went carnivore, but no! He was told to eat everything bad. He would be here by my side if he went carnivore instead. The medical cartel is not for health, it is for keeping people sick.
Hey Doc, I’m T2D working to reprogram my eating and lifestyle more towards your way of eating and living. Maybe not full carnivore off the bat but definitely increased red meats and healthy fats. A1C steadily dropping. Imagine if this was mainstream instead of obscured by them. The lives of countless sick people will improve.
I was a vegan for many years and was outraged at the idea of eating just meat, thinking we needed fibre and vegetables to be healthy. However, with my own gut issues I came to realise that fibre and veganism was not the wonder cure that we’re led to believe. Cut a long story short I have seen with my own eyes how HEALING the carnivore diet can be, and specifically red meat. I’ve seen my family heal decades of colon issues that nothing else could fix, and others healing themselves after vax injuries. Its hard to break free from the social conditioning that we’ve all lived through that some foods are bad and others are good, but so far carnivore is proving to be the best diet for us.

Yes! Instead of banning dangerous drugs, they get all the money they can out of them and set aside lawsuit money instead. Round up still exists! Thalidomide still exists. I was going to be a pharmacist but saw the game and changed my career. Sadly, in my 30 year career as a Respiratory Therapist I had to buck the system to advocate for my patients' safety and educate my patients in the truth of treatments, and finally lost my job. Thankfully, before C-VID. I would have been canned quicker for speaking out about that BS! Now, I take care of folks in their homes to keep them out of nursing homes. And most have been neuromuscular disorders. The lady I care for now has Parkinsons and is not receptive to education in diet as she is also late onset type 1 diabetes, and is an RN. 😢

I live with my son, his wife, and my three grandchildren. My adorable daughter-in-law loves to bake and cook and can't get the concept of how the food she buys is poisoning herself and the kids. TOO MUCH SUGAR! She complains about having to prepare my overweight, disabled son, her husband, special Keto foods separately from her and the kids. He's lost 100 lbs. since I moved in a year ago, and feel terrific! I asked her why she would feed herself and the kids "poison carbage" when she sees what food can do to hurt a person, like my son? I said to feed everyone the same Keto foods, and that it is actually less expensive and much, much healthier. She is a major work in progress....

Can you please explain the grass fed meat vs the hormone induce antibiotic injected beef? People are saying that its better to eat vegetables and grains because they can’t get grass fed beef. From what I know, its better to eat antibiotic injected beef rather than fake foods. But recently, dr mindy pelz said that hormone induced beef causes inflammation to your body because of these drugs deposits in their muscle.

Growing up doctors told my mom my cholesterol was high and all normal whole foods i had got replaced with non-fat or low-fat foods filled with sugar to substitute and other random crap. All my life was like this. Luckily in spite of that i turned out alright. But still sucks. Doctors lied.

There was no major reduction in fat consumption after that esrly push since the 70's. By the numbers, both fat AND sugar consumption per capita increased- and has continued to do so- since WWII. I did my thesis on the history of diet, disease, and popular food culture. By the science, refined carbohydrates, high meat, dietary cholesterol, saturated OR trans fats- both found in animal sources- and high salt intake with numerous deficiencies in key nutrients ate the key ree flags of the modern diet amd its detrimental effects. By dietary history, this is the diet that has been adopted by 99% of people as soon as they could afford it. By popular food culture, a very rich diet is fairly recent- ergo modern- except for cases of nobility or wealth in the past; we cak see they suffered many of the same chronic maladies as a result of such rich diets as we do. As creatures, we are best suited for a few culinary conditions specific to our unique needs: a moderate mix of meats- game, fish, livestock- consumed sparingly, or in excess but infrequently, sugar derived mostly from whole fruits or unrefined sources, high fiber vegetables like beans and tubers, milk and eggs if it suits our circumstances, loads of green vegetables, and the remainder of our fats from nuts and seeds. Thats basically it.
