Why Wasn't Colleen Ballinger Stopped? 

Videos are surfacing showing Colleen Ballinger behaving in an inappropriate and disturbing way with children. Why are we only hearing about this six years after they were made? Why has she only just felt forced to cancel the rest of her tour, when everyone today seems so convinced Colleen Ballinger's been toxic and even dangerous for a long time?
In this video I look at the power that some people can have over others and at evidence that receiving orders from an authority figure can be enough for most people to let go of their moral compass.
