The uncertainty is rough. Losing a loved one is tough but feels definitive, whereas a breakup can feel like this weird ongoing thing because it's a never say never situation. It's why it took so much effort to really shift the focus onto myself. Still, it gets easier over time.

No contact works but it is hard to believe at first. 10 months since I went no contact and in my situation my ex never reached out. Wherever she is I hope she is okay and has positive energies around her. It’s tough for sure but it made me want to better myself. To always show the best version of myself and I achieved that. I found someone new and completely blew her away with the progress I made. I still work on personal growth regardless if I have an incredible person in my life. I inspired my new partner in the process. I hope everyone finds and accepts their peace in life. Cheers to a new beginning

I actually was in the same exact situation they talked about, I was listening to coach Craig for 1-2 months and then: I had a new girlfriend who is my fiance now, 10 months after the breakup my ex reached out back to me but it’s too late now girl, I have a new girlfriend now. Believe in yourself that you can get through this, do no contact and focus on what you can improve your life. Trust me, at some points later on you won’t want them back.

It’s been almost 3 months of my breakup and I began feeling so much better two weeks ago; all of a sudden… there I was having those thoughts of him again…UGH!!!!!!!!!!!! I want him out of my mind and heart ASAP.

It's been almost 3 months for me now since NC and I notice the last few days I seemed to have transitioned to acceptance. It's a weird feeling. I'd still want to try again with her. But I no longer feel like I 'have' to have her back. I'm at the point I'm ok if she doesn't. So an almost in between feeling. I'd still like another chance but I no longer FEEL like I need another chance. I'm continuing to do the Workbooks, but it's more for me now than just getting her back. Just two weeks ago I was still agonizing over my breakup. It was like someone flipped a switch. I think therapy and the workbooks have helped. And I'm going to keep doing the work. If my ex contacts me, then we'll see what happens. If not, I think I'll be ok now. It's almost a relief.

Every night, I pray that the next day I wake up wishing my breakup is a dream! What triggered the breakup, was me getting mad at her all the time, crying herself to sleep, to the point where she said she couldn’t take it

3 months of no contact. He passed by me some days ago on the street and I did even hide to not break it! 😂 Every time due to complete one more month of no contact I feel more hopeless and want to let go for good instead because it's too painful to just sit and wait around for someone. A week ago he removed me from IG so he doesn't even watch my stuff online anymore. This video was much needed!

My ex and I have been together for 1,5 years. Argued very often from day 1 and were close to a break up quite a few times. He broke up with me about 3 months ago and I went “no contact” after about 3 weeks post break up. During first 3 weeks he reached out once but I blew it off by coming on too strong. And I reached out 2 times with neutral stuff. After 3 months of “no contact” I reached out again because I had concert tickets we bought together but I wanted to invite another person if he wouldn’t use his ticket (they were quite expensive). To my surprise, he wanted to go to the concert. And… fast forward we are working on reconciliation now. I still go to therapy and trying to manage my emotions but he also admitted his shortcomings and no matter if we end up splitting up again… I know now that some exs come back and I did what I could to make our communication better this time around:) good luck to you guys!

I kept no contact for about 3-4 weeks before we actually saw each other again bc she initiated so I agreed. To make it short I still kept my boundaries but kept my confidence and she basically said that while I was gone she was having a really tough time and that she's reconsidering things rn. So honestly for me whichever way she reconsiders Ik I'll be alright, I'm just struggling to find the balance of interactions between us seeing that she's obviously pulling towards us getting back together.

I am fully convinced that he is not coming back.

My ex broke up with me two and a half weeks ago, been no contact since. Last night she posted a picture on her Instagram story of a sunset with a guy stood to the side of the photo facing away with the caption "What a view.. ;)" knowing that I would see or hear about it. From "I love you" to potentially dating someone else in three weeks. It was a struggle not to call her out on it, but still no contact. I'm pretty sure the photo was taken at the beach a few days prior, so less than two weeks after breaking up with me. Sound.

7 weeks into the breakup, it’s so very hard! My ex and I talked about a life together, marriage, potential kid(s), our wedding and wedding night, (she was so open, our honeymoon, going to different countries and everything. I wasn’t a good boyfriend past few weeks before the breakup and she couldn’t take it anymore.

My ex dumped me 3 times. She came back once and I made the mistake taking her back so soon. She left me in a text message her reasoning was confusing, alot of reasons I don't buy She was trying to pitch me. She left me and that night told me she is now on a dating site and actively dating new people. (I was crushed) next day she txt messages like things are fine and cool between us and asked if I could help her with a flight to Oklahoma to see her best friend. I felt so used and what did I mean to you? My response back to her was "Why don't you ask these new guys on your dating site to fly you there" I'm not a used service. I had to break NC after 2 months her little kids charged $35 in movie rentals on Amazon Prime. I screen shot and sent her what was charged. I was nice and cool about everything like it wasn't a huge problem. Her response was cold. She said " I will talk to me kids, I don't have money and maybe when I have funds" I asked when can you guess? ( no response) So I'm back into NC and don't think she will ever be reaching out to me again.

I always have faith that she’ll come back one day! Of course I feel unmotivated at times every day, but I have loved ones to keep myself going. Could you do a video about what to tell someone who you’re starting to see (but not serious with yet) that your ex wants to get back together and work things out? Also, do you tell your ex about the other person?

A little over a month into nc and i really hope things work out. If not then I’m ok with that too i guess.

We were together for 5 years and he left me on Feb. it’s been 6 months. He comes over every now and then and does favors for me. Says we can be friends but with no expectations bc we may always be friends. That he needs to work on himself and has alot to work on in his life. I find that to be an excuse and don’t know what to think :(

For me it’s weird that ex acting out of character after the breakup .I mean they said they don’t post publicly this and that during the relationship and after the breakup posting so many Ig stories and acting sexy when that person was never like that before or during the relationship.It’s like they want validation from guys on social media.Been broken up for 5 months with 4 months no contact so far (friends told me about ex posting a lot ).Thanks

Hi coach Craig, love you and your team's work. Big fan. I will be very very greatful of you if you can advise me on this. I mean it. I have been learning a lot about attachment styles, relationship needs and other aspects of relationship from your channel and other podcasts. After pursuing my ex for 4 months finally i realized that I never should have reached out to my ex and made those mistakes. I never let her grieve fully. Currently I'm working on some 1 or 2 minute Tiktok video contents about attachments and relationship mistakes and needs. My question to you is that my ex is still on Tiktok as "'friend'" and she will see everything i will post. I don't intend to post any trash talk, or any sort of attack or hurting feelings through my contents. I' m Currently staying off social media and not giving her any energy by not looking at her stories on fb, insta, watsapp. Do you think she might find my upcoming Tiktok videos manipulative to convince her to change her mind or feeling too much energy towards her from me. Again my videos all about positive and sharing the knowledge im getting right now. I have accepted that she may come back or not but either way i have a lot to do in life and focus on my purpose and mission. PLEASE PLEASE advise🙏
