Love it, you brought back great memories! We had a 10ft Aquatec hard bottom dinghy with a 9.9 on it, and boy that thing went like stink, it was so sturdy! We added a fin to the 9.9 and that made a difference with planning. We and a couple of other dinghy cruised around the yacht clubs, marina or take lake cruise a lot. Heavy though, so we were selective where we would tow it on long cruises with us as we only had a 25ft cruiser. Great choice and price....enjoy! Lady D

Great deal chad your right it doesn't make sense to spend thousands of dollars on a dinghy .

In the UK that 9.9 used would fetch £1500

Nice move on the dinghy. I would have done the same thing. No reason to tie up a bunch of $$ in something you dont use very often.
