The weather radar screen shows several highways that are not numbered on the map, including Interstate 75 (which serves Lexington), Interstate 265 (formerly KY 841) (which is the beltway around Louisville), Interstate 74 (in the north side of the map, serving Cincinnati), and the Audubon, Blue Grass, Pennyrile, Western Kentucky and Natcher parkways. The western portion of the Western Kentucky Parkway became part of Interstate 69 in 2006 (and is becoming part of Interstate 569 in the future), while the southern portion of the Pennyrile Parkway became Interstate 169 in 2017 after its northern half became part of Interstate 69 in 2015. The Natcher Parkway would become Interstate 165 in 2019. The former Interstate 164 (serving Evansville) is not shown on this map; it became a portion of Interstate 69 in 2014.

Obviously dropped ATB/the National Anthem by this point. They only went 24/7 (finally) just a few years ago. Most Pulitzer/Hearst stations were 24/7 by the early-mid 90's at the latest (WYFF was doing it at least by 1988 with CNN Headline News and Home Shopping Spree all-night).

Well, it's easy to see that all local TV stations across America, including Louisville CBS station WLKY, just don't do sign-offs anymore. Yeah, they just now run around the clock with occasional movies and informercials to boot. It's a 24/7 thing, you know.

Why WLKY didn't play the NOAA Weather Radio broadcast cycle during the live radar sweep?

CBS Louisville, Kentucky Affiliate WLKY-TV is still owned by Hearst Television, and is 24/7 like its sister stations WESH 2 in Daytona Beach-Orlando-Melbourne, Florida and WKCF-TV CW 18 in Clermont, Florida WMOR-TV 32 in Lakeland-Tampa-St. Petersburg-Sarasota WPBF 25 in West Palm Beach, WDSU-TV 6 in New Orleans, KMBC 9 in Kansas City and KOCO 5 in Oklahoma City and many more just to name a few.
