14:35... aaaaactually, this was at a Michaels Arts and Crafts. I was still working for them (not this particular store) when this went viral. Apparently this particular person is WELL known for causing problems for retail workers. The girl who was, “lucky”, enough to get her that shift had been dealing with some serious family problems, but still had to come in to work (Michaels is NOT forgiving). This person threw a childish hissy fit because the store ran out of the super large bags that Michaels ONLY carries during a short period during the Christmas season. Corporate NEVER restocks the bags in a timely manner. The employees at Michaels are treated like GARBAGE by customers, especially during the Christmas season. I’ve worked retail for a long time. Hell, I worked at Toys R Us during the Christmas season. I work for both a grocery store and an engraving company currently. I’ve also worked for an insurance company, a printing company, mailroom, done freelance work for educational book publishers, and run my own small art studio. Michaels was the ONLY place I’ve ever worked that has caused me to have massive panic attacks, and ONLY because of how the customers treat the employees working there. Some of THE worst customers. They can be downright MEAN. And I don’t mean just cranky, I mean MEAN. Accusational. Threatening. One of our seasonal cashiers ended up having to be taken off register by myself and one other fellow jaded sales associate to take a break and be allowed to cry because her customer was SCREAMING into her face all because said cashier wouldn’t break rules that Michaels has set about coupon usage (they are RIDICULOUSLY strict about coupons, and if the cashiers don’t follow the rules to a T, they can get into a hell of a lot of trouble for it). The poor girl was SOBBING in the breakroom!

The man who has been banned from a chipotle restaurant has recorded evidence not for himself but for the others who claim he only causes problem at that moment he was recording him causing a problem, the employee told him to leave and he decided not to, which leads to trespassing because, he has been banned from that chipotle restaurant so, if the police show up there, he can get fined and in cuffs, detained, for not obeying the employees demands of leaving the restaurant. This man has caused himself a lot chances of big trouble and recorded himself proving the employees point, which is foolish of him.

In the clip of the elder woman calling the police on a mom and her child, she is actually disturbing the peace because the mom quoted that the child was sleeping. The mom clearly knows what going on and is handling it just fine, therefore no authority should be called, and the elderly woman has to respect the sleep the child is having, and she has to respect there business and mind her own. By the way the child wouldn’t be sleeping if she were in pain.

In the clip of the membership in plant fitness, he can’t cancel the contract of payment if he has not bought the specific contract that states you can cancel the contract whenever you want. In planet fitness there are three contracts, but right now there are only two that matter, contract #1 you sign for a 12 months gym membership and you pay every month a specific amount of money in order to stop the forced payment every month, you must pay a cancellation fee oh around 100 dollars or 50 dollars. Contract 2 is a contract where you pay a little more monthly for a year but you can cancel the forced payment every month for free, therefore unless the man got contract number 2, he is forced to pay every month wether or not he comes to the gym, because of the contract, to stop the payment of each month he must pay the cancellation fee.
