Man that taco bell guy personally rubs me the wrong way. Completely off the rail she was literally complying with everything you wanted- you just kept GOING. As a manager of a fast food restaurant myself I can say that me and my staff are human beings who need jobs, and intentionally instigating stuff like that in hopes they'll slip up and lose those jobs is just cruel and a prime example of why i take my employee's side anytime people get on their case.

Someone chucked money at once. Then expected me to actually give the money gently. The level of entitlement actually throws me off balance.. A public or private business can make you leave for ANY reason. Any reason.. Any reason? Yes, any reason they want. Even if their reason is nonsense. That’s their right. They don’t owe you their service.

I used to wonder why they did that until I worked in retail. It’s so annoying when people throw a bunch of loose change on the counter and you have to slide it all off the edge to pick it up. Bills aren’t a big deal, but it’s polite to just hand it to someone.

The only disrespectful thing happening in that store was the cashier and other workers making all them other customers wait for the brat behind the counter to get his way!!. I am AMAZED!!! In a GOOD WAY! That is the 1st video I've ever seen at a Dollar General where people were upset and did NOT start screaming and cussing. They expressed their points of view fairly calmly. The one woman who spoke up was great. She acknowledged everyone's problem and tried to show them each other's point of view. You know, like rational adults should behave.

Rule #1 of customer service, unless you’re physically or verbally attacked (like Swearing at you) is the ONLY TIME you get to be rude back. Not because a customer put their money on the table when you had your hand out. Boohoo i have that happen to me 50% of my shifts, its called getting over it and moving on.
