All true. My dad goes through it with his wife. I went through it with my ex wife spending money we didn't have on stupid shit. One of the reasons I had to let her go. Countless men have told me the same story. Now my finances go EXACTLY as I planned months ahead.

It’s a GENTLEMAN’S DUTY to notice and offer courtship to his chosen lady (assuming he has the lady’s interest and when appropriate the good wishes of both their families.) Ladies actually don’t “need” men. Most partnership oriented ladies would LIKE to enjoy a happy, mutually loving and respectful relationship with a compatible, like minded gentleman. They would like to provide and receive support and comfort in the relationship, keep one another happy, productive, and stimulated. Enhance one another’s lives for the better and grow both individually and with each other. Ladies have other options, though. It is possible for them to live comfortable, positive, and happy lives without gentlemen. Ladies don’t “chase” gentlemen. They laugh at the very suggestion. Gentlemen don’t like being chased and find it unbecoming in ladies because the lady is assuming a MASCULINE role when she chases him. In turn, the gentleman must assume a FEMININE role as the “prize,” or “elusive object of desire,” etc. He must retreat, remain passive and receiving instead of operating the courtship process. No red-blooded man desires this. Conquerors are predominately male for a reason. Do you aspire to be a conqueror or a courtesan? Relationships are a “luxury item” in the modern world. They are optional, not required. The real prize is genuine happiness, whether alone or with others.

Dj Andrews: The “prize” concept is beneficial to the extent that all individuals should respect and value THEMSELVES. Beyond that, everything you described in your “attraction strategy” ... it’s all extremely passive and feminine in character. In fact, some of it sounds suspiciously like a reworded version of “The Rules,” a famous series of self-help books advising post-feminism women on regaining their femininity and successfully attracting good men as husbands. Example: the book advises women to be “a creature unlike any other” (AKA “a prize”). Also instructs women to be “mysterious” and keep relationships “light.” It also reminds women to stay busy, not make themselves too available to a man to increase his interest, and prevent him taking her for granted and so on. It sounds you are adopting an extremely passive, traditionally feminine role and attracting women willing to accept the masculine role (until they meet up with a masculine male who activates their femininity). Women don’t “need” men. Men don’t “need” women. ANY person desiring a solid, traditional marriage and family needs the best quality mate s/he can attract into a committed relationship. Just because you are male doesn’t automatically mean you’re a quality male fit to marry/breed with in the eyes of desirable females. That doesn’t mean they won’t play the male and enjoy you for the moment if you allow it. You say you consider yourself yourself a conqueror. Alexander the Great didn’t rule most of the civilized world by chilling out at home and letting others “choose” him. He never would’ve met his wife if he hadn’t conquered her country. If these feminine strategies work for you and you’re satisfied that’s fine. Just be aware you’re probably missing out on the best women and even if they are willing to drive to you for sex that doesn’t mean they want more from you than that. It might backfire when you find someone you feel serious about. Good hunting.

After my eyes were opened a number of years ago I also noticed that all women try to control as well. It’s based on their need to manipulate.

I just got out if a 3 year relationship like this. Her dad is a beta, her mom abused her dad growing up. Parents divorced, dad remarries another masculine abusive woman. Mom remarries an even more beta man. So she was raised "not to need a man" by all her parents. Long story short soon as I became self employed and uncontrollable, she left me for a broke beta male 10 years younger than her that she can control like her mom did her dad. They engaged now. Big learning experience for me, if her dad was a simp she will expect you to be.
