Great video! I'm inspired to try 48 hour fast with exercise. Question: do you eat after your work out every other day or before?

Yes, feed day is also workout day. I have a protein/coffee shake before my workout, a protein snack after workout, get home, and prepare and eat a high protein mealall before 2pm. Hope this helps!
