Workout Wednesday: Portland Women Fartlek 

I graduated from Univ of Portland in 1976...our coach (dist. who VOLUNTEERED his time) was Jim Grelle..former US Mile record holder (3:55) and 1960 Olympian. Sadly we had no women on the team. We did have 2 Kenyan brothers though. Great to see this video.....many outstanding runners came out of this school

Tarryn Rawlings had gone to my high school in 2013 at Wilsonville crazy to see her in this video 5 years later
