I was fortunate enough to NOT encounter the Louisianna in CBs this go around. My gripe was the insane quantity of Marceaus/Klebers allowed. Granted teams were limited to 3, bur REALLY; 1 total, like the other restricted ships, would have been plenty.

I was trying to chase down a Marceau in Des Moines. It didn't matter if I hit the thing with AP of HE; barely anything happened. I missed most of the time, and that was within its detection range. I could see it, but just not hit it at even close range.

In my opinion, the Alliance is from all the submarines the easiest to deal with. Yes, her torpedos are turning like crazy, but they are so slow that you can just drive away, even when you are a slow battleship on medium torpedo range for the Alliance and in addition the Alliance has to ping you and her torpedos are slow, so she has to ping you more often. I played submarines a bit myself and you really dont want to ping people except you have to, because pinging gives away your position, so people shoot at you and send their planes.

Her free fire torps are also powerful, but with 7km range, she has to sneak right up to use them. She also has less hp than other subs. Having played her, I think the German ones are still more OP and more annoying to deal with.

@@Joshua-fi4ji The German subs are easily the worst of the lot. I've played all of them (save for the Soviet premium) and Alliance is my favourite so far because she has to get in close to do something, but also has the means to evade being that close. It makes for some fun and exciting gameplay where the enemy can interact with you and fight back. The German subs on the other hand are very annoying to deal with because of their stupid range and stealth, but they're also the most boring to play as you just launch torps at max range, ping once to get them to home, and repeat forever. People complain about shotgunning, but as a DD main I think that's more exciting gameplay for both sides as the sub has to actually get in close and make the shotgun worth the massive hit they're about to take unless they really time it perfectly.

@@rovelfox7832 I never said German subs were fun. I think they're the least fun. But I think they are OP. The range, pings and torp speed and damage add together to make it OP. It's too easy to do really well in and it outranges ASW. I haven't played the US ones, but Sturdy is probably the worst T8 (not saying it's bad though). Have to wait and see how Thrasher is. All the premiums are good, but they all have drawbacks and generally have to get closer and take more risks to do well.

My problem with CVs and hybrids is mostly in ranked. CVs just aren't balanced for 6v6 and hybrids are a complete curse for more than one reason. Firstly, they can become a hindrance and put your team a ship down if the player doesn't know what to do with them. Secondly, the MM more often than not gives one team a hybrid and the other no. Thirdly, more often than not, they just appear at the end of the game and it's adios DD and game over. Subs are stupid but they can only be in one place at a time and if your team is on the ball they can be killed. As long as it' not me who is on the wrong end of its dumb mechanics it's not so bad. CVs and Hybrids shitstain the entire map.

They aren't balanced for 12vs12 neither. A good CV player will be spotting you almost the full match and that's really annoying and frustrating when playing ships that rely on their concealment to work

By the way Sea Lord, those 5th Gen Camaros are known to have many problems like the trunk release to what's under the hood so lol I don't envy the mechanic bills you're going to have in the near future! Iroc Z would have been way better especially a T top but you wanted the modern bumblebee version that keeps mechanics in business!!! Well the Chevy mechanics will love you!!

1. Teammates. 2. Team not sinking cv early and getting harassed by planes while playing subs. 3. My sub got detected and superfast reaction and visual opponent sending out airstrike. 4. Ramming my sub to ships is more efficient. 5. Wargaming.

Every time I see a Marceau, I go out of my way to hunt it down or damage it enough to send it fleeing. It's a freaking jetski with farming guns and torps. And many times, it's concealment still stays active way closer than it's detection range. Hell I've been at point blank range on them many times, and it still stays invisible, so something is up with that as well. I see one while playing CV, I'll make sure it's as spotted as much as possible and murder it any chance I can. There are DD players who just live in this ship and the only thing they roll with most or all the time.

I remind myself match where I was on weaker side of team, DD got nuked and I just šat in my BB not to show broadside to big red flank. What a surprise to see Nevsky just come with charging with team BBs at arm length side by side to them, he made full turn under 8km distance, just to wash my gun power dust but to bring me torpedo. Playing subs is mostly fun, landed unbelivable 17 torps in last match in Undine, plenty of them into helpless Nagato, I was pretty sorry for the guy. I played hybrids and it depends if you don't get into enemy flank, but squad in 2min from the start of match can help you spot it. The problem is it has strategic element with influence than team DD spotting what's within range. You could reason that the ship has to sit little bit away so influence on match is balanced, but ability to pretty accurately and mainly within few seconds delay hit distant target, that doesn't fit BB main purpose.. use main guns.. That is BB description. //Just extra personal experience from playing panamerican dancers. I tried play T8 panamerican cruiser Bolonegnesi with default spotting plane, damage I could do looked similar to that one when going for suicidal 15.1km gun range with 9km radar consumable(no spotting plane. Playing behind island is not always option, ABXY turrets make you prefer show broadside, only gun reload and damage is pretty ok, citadels on broadside cruisers are much more happening. But when you get catched by either italian big ship SAP or anything overmatching your 25mm bow, you give away them 30K pretty frequently. Going dark and waiting for zombie heal let you revenge. I had single (hilarious) heroic match with Spaghetti Bolognesi. Red flank BBs got behind our BB line, our Delaware had tough time. I didn't give up, used island for very short cover to get heal ready, but tanked 2,1M PD in that match mostly vs 1 close Pommern within his secondaries another further. It definitely helped our BBs to tank, lol. I don't even remember my dmg done, maybe 50-70K no achievement, sorry... Dreadnought? and Fireproof.//

I have played Nakamov and Malta and Nakamov is better by far. The fire damage is extreme on Nakamov and the huge alpha damage makes Nakamov more toxic and hated in my opinion.

I can 100% confirm that Louisiana is the most hated ship at the moment. Just got mine today. And the amount of attention you get from the enemy is absolutely awful. You get spotted, you get melted. On the other hand, if you try to stay hidden and try to use your planes more, your own team blames/reports you for playing it CV style. You just can't do it right. At least that's what I experienced in my first 5 games (20% WR w/ over 100k average)...

no, one turret is still masked by here superstructure, the forward most turret on the starboard side, but otherwise having 18/20 5"/54s available can lead to some interesting fights, especially in co-op (come on WG, give me T9-10 operations).

I hate the Minotaur, or any ship that relies on spam. They don't even try aiming. Just put enemy in middle of screen hold mouse button. Extra points for smoke huffers. Subs are a pita that ruin the flow of matches entirely.

Wow 2 min turn around on those planes! That ship must have the cracker-jack maintenance and armament crews we have all heard about lol!! The Malta bombers come in low which is helpful behind islands. I went back and checked the Kearsarge and after the first launch it only takes 85 seconds to launch the 2nd and successive squadron divisions. But these planes are rocket planes not bombers.

For me, most anying ships (except CV's and subs) are Ragnar and Smolensk. Ragnar is almost impossible to hit, if you are not Newsky for example. Very fast, hard to aim, etc. Smolensk is just smoke and farm with ton of fires. So frustrating to face.

I only hate the hybrid line because of the classification of it being a BB and not its own category because WG are just boneidle. I am fed up of seeing 2CVs a team, BUT one team has 2-3 Hybrids......... the amount of spotting power that gives, let alone the inability to trade...... is infuriating and in my opinion, if CVs and subs didnt blow the playerbase, it won't be long before the MM does

Everyone mad about subs but they are NOWHERE near as oppressive as CVs. Annoying? Yes. But it’s not going to harass you constantly because they only have so much battery to stay underwater. Pretty low DPM overall, horribly fragile, and SLOW. Even the fastest sub only gets to BB speed.

Oh, these are hated because their GOOD! I clicked because I thought you were talking about bad-hated. CB I'm almost always in Kleby or Mareau. Nevsky is awesome; Malta is the CV for crappy CV players (me); Lou should NOT be in CB, but at least you can shoot them, but all subs and sub players (sorry) are just stage 4 rectal cancer to the whole game.

People who want to remove subs have NEVER touched a sub and it shows. It’s always fun pinging ONCE and 20 PBY Catalinas come from all sides and ranges and their depth charges have a 500m burst radius (yes seriously it’s that big) and you cannot run or dive no matter how good your sub is because the Catalina goes the same speed as a jet

Between CVs in general, Malta, Submarines - ALL of them, Super Ships - ALL of them, new funny button Spanish Cruisers coming in with a Burst that does not lower DPM at all (at tier 10) but adds 50% damage per shell and 100% penetration - giving them Slava pen with Cruiser accuracy with 2 volley - and the worst HYBRID ANYTHING - I now HATE THIS GAME! They had to give every POS new ship planes, meanwhile my Hindenburg can launch spotters, but Depth charge air strikes are one step too far - final point WG NEGLECTS OLDER SHIPS! Why does Hindy have ship based ASW? Why does Zao have such low armor, low HP even tho it is bigger than Des Moines, terrible firing angles, insanely slow turret traverse and no deck armor to protect against 16" and larger guns? Why don't ALL tier 9 and 10 cruisers have a 41mm deck like Atago or a 45mm deck like Aoba??? Why do MOST old ships suck in one way or another? Why does Monty and Des Moines AA have to be useless compared to other ships? Oh right, WG is making problems to sell people the solutions. And I gave up paying for ANYTHING in this game! Last things I bought in this game were Leningrad, Asashio, HSF Harekaze RIGHT before they were removed from the game. I have not bought anything since, and only played over Xmas and then got bored and annoyed at the game by early January. I now play WOT Blitz for my PvP action, it is a FAR more balanced game, even though there are some OP premiums at tier 7 and 8, they got nothing on the powercreep of WOWS. And at tier 10 there are no real broken Collector tanks, the Concept 1B is close, but it is a one trick pony, go hull down and farm. If the hull is visible or the side of the turret it is easy to kill. I check in on videos like this and Flamu reading DogBlevs to keep up on the latest BS sillyness that ruins what used to be a straight forward "Rock Paper Scissors" balancing scheme, now it is like one kid yells "Attack Helicopter" and the other yells "Magic buff that makes me deal more damage and have twice my strength!" As Flamu put it, this game is tuning into League of Legends with the buffs and cooldowns on new ships and Superships!

The reasons I only play T5 anymore: subs, superships (that destroy the meaning or purpose of steel and coal ships), hybrid BS ships, and OP CV’s. And I stopped spending any real money on the game a year ago. WoWs is the Budweiser of games. Eff the customer, you do what we tell you to do.
