PrimeWeld is sold worldwide and that little mask and brushes are a godsend for a lot of welders that have very little to work with. I have welded in different countries and I was amazed at the lack of tools that is available to them. I take my hat off to PrimeWeld for that.
That makes a lot of sense. I had always assumed it was a lack of safety training when you see someone welding bear-handed in flip-flops holding up a Glass lens in front of their eyes.
That is great feedback. I was thinking of an update video where I would try it on 115 volts and add the onboard moisture separator. I am open to questions and suggestions.
I bought a Primeweld Cut 60 over two years ago. Just put it into action last month. Awesome machine. Now my brother-in-law comes over whenever he needs to cut something. Been using it alot. I do have one comment though. The ground connection needs to be the next size up Dinze connector. This size offered by Primeweld is more than sufficient for the work but all of my other ground cables use the next size larger and would prefer some commonality.
I've got Primewelds ct520dp multifunction machine and I love it. The tig arc is stable and it's a surprisingly powerful little machine. I used the plasma torch with the tig pedal to fine tune the settings on the fly with scrap then switched back to the button. A really clever machine for the money, much better on 220v but still plenty of power on 120v. Highly recommend primeweld. I'm looking at their water cooler and at their new 325 (!) amp ac/dc tig machine but I doubt I'll ever need over 200amps. Thanks for the review. If I get a plasma table I will most likely get the cut 60.
Yes, I have had amazing results with my MTS200. I also bought the AC/DC Tig 225 and will do a review on that in the next month or two. I hate to be brand name loyal but prime weld hits all the spots for me.
