"I want you to notice when I'm not around" What a powerful lyric! And who hasn't felt this way, at some point in time? Answer... Everyone has felt this way, if they are honest anyway.
Yup! Everyone! I stumbled on this channel and I’m like 5 songs in and I’m loving it! I was trying to figure out why seeing their reactions is so cool and I came up w/ this! It’s like when you hear a song and you want to share it with someone so they can feel what you’re feeling! But they don’t always feel it! Watching these 2 feels like that, except they really listen and react just like you want people to when you share a song that’s special to you! Also kinda blows my mind that they never heard Radiohead, before! I’m a bit jealous that they get to discover all these amazing songs for the first time!
That entire 2nd verse is deep.. The control is staying home.. Because he’s so tough on himself he avoids life, then fantasizes about people noticing he’s not there.. Like I said, deep..
This song is about self-esteem (or the lack of it). It is very deep, wonderful, sad. Important to teach our children self-confidence in this horrible world of social media attacks. Radiohead is an iconic British band.
@Kyle Reese Subhuman Incel Yes, it is. Especially when you understand the context. This wasn’t a woman that ever ran out of the door, his own internal monologue told him that was what would happen - but he never even actually told her how he felt about her.
This is a rabbit hole well worth exploring. Creep is just the tip of the iceberg with these guys. I could recommend about 25 of their songs and still be worried about what I’m leaving off.
That's Thom Yorke on vocals. This song was a huge hit in the early 90s, their first. I don't know exactly why, but I love watching people discover new music. Your reaction was great : )
You guys need to check out this band and song LIVE. On RU-vid there's a concert video of them performing this song. The lead singer is wearing a green shirt or pants! Light green in there somewhere! His vocals live are like nothing you have ever seen. Didn't realize a human could hold their breath that long!
I always felt this was a pure empathy song....we all want what we can't have or be or be seen as, and we can empathize with him. At the end letting go of what you cannot achieve, self-awareness, and acceptance of the happiness of others.
What a beautiful reaction. Great job you two. I enjoyed it right along with you. I’ve heard this song 1000s of times beginning when it was released in the 90sbwhen I was in middle school.
OK found you guys tonight and OMG best reactions I have seen, I love that you guys listen and give an honest heart reaction to each song....20 songs deep so far...started with Black Betty !!!!!
You two are so freaking special. Seriously. Thank you. Thank you for doing this. Really amazing. A true breath of fresh air. The algorithm just dropped this in my lap, so I sincerely hope you're still going and things are better than well. ☮️ & ❤️
Years ago one of my brothers who is bipolar was od’ing and he played this song and just held me and sobbed. Thankfully he’s okay now but it was a long hard road. I always remember that time listening to this song. He was getting a divorce from his first wife and he was in a really bad place. ❤️🇺🇸
Listen, I want to thank you for your reaction to this song. This song is amazing, this band is amazing, this song is something special. Radiohead is fucking awesome band!
Brian Justin Crum's version of this from America's Got Talent is UNFORGETTABLE! This is coming from a girl who's loved Radio Head for DECADES! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE react to it. And if you choose not to, listen to it on your own; it would be a gift to yourselves. 💜
A song about self loathing, and a girl who he felt was too good for him. It's a true story. Word is, the said girl was at one of their gigs. He doesn't sing it anymore... he's happily married I believe.
Okay. You got my sub. I wanna see how deep the rabbit hole gets. 😎 Eventually, you're gonna find out about the really good stuff, and I wanna be here to see it. 😁
You have to hear Fake Plastic Trees and Weird Fishes/Arpeggi - the live version from Later..with Jools Holland (a music TV show that we have on BBC here in the UK).
JOEY FROM THE BRONX HERE GUYS BYOU SHOULD REACT TO POSTMODERN JUKEBOX FEATURING HALEY REINHART SINGING CREEP. YOU GUYS WILL LOVE IT ..... TRUST ME .... ITS A MUST LISTEN TO
Just Subscribed. Love the light of discovery in your eyes! Watched you get awed by Stevie Ray Vaughn. Being an old guy I can tell you that there is a much larger world of music than most people see. In a lot of ways the internet, you tube and classic music are blurring the difference between races. Thank God for the wonderful gift. I see Rappers and DJs rocking out. I have even seen one or two react to Mozart and Beethoven. I saw on your channel you had reacted to Lynard Skynard "Sweet Home Alabama". You simply must react to "Simple Man" Also, please react to my favorite band currently The Warning. I think you might enjoy sixteen year old Paulina cover "Creep" on the family piano. You will love her. As a change of pace you might watch The Warning Metalica cover of "Atlas Rise" from the Warning Cave for De(tour).
"that's what I'm talking about..." now that's a reaction. Love it. Singer is Thom Yorke and this band is to me the most accomplished band of the last 25 years. Check out other songs of theirs...u won't regret it. Here's a good next step with them ...ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-n5h0qHwNrHk.html
Mimi and Josephine The Voice Kids Germany 2019 blind audition of Creep is hands down the very best cover ever. Period. If you like Angelina Jordan you'll❤️ these girls.
The Ojay's have so many hits for decades. One special song that I know that y'all.will enjoy to the fullest, and that song is called "Family Reunion:. It is so awesome, I.don't beleive that there isn't anyone, black, white, Asian, or Hispanic that would.not.like it. And after you play that, react to "For The Love Of Money, by these greats. Oh, by the way, just pick any Ojay song, and you can't go wrong. Have a good one
