Great to see people finally figuring out what you can do with water regarding health & fitness. You would get even more out of your exercise AND greatly reduce your risk of injury if; you make sure that your hands and feet don't break the surface when you're performing any movement. Water is over 800x's more dense than water, so you're actually inflicting possible G force torque when you enter & exit each environment. You need to avoid that. Also, I admit I haven't perused all of your videos, so I apologize if you are already doing this but; additionally helpful would be the addition of Buoyancy Cuffs. I have been using Hydro-Fit BC's since 1995, and actually purchase my 1st pair from Craig Stewart. There's a whole entire realm of things you can accomplish using those things, trust me... Anyway, I am so thrilled to see that this type of exercise has finally been placed in the spotlight after literally decades being a well-kept secret among mainly elite athletes, a rehab method that originated/began when used to both train & rehab Thoroughbred Horses. So thanks so much for posting this video!
