From 1975 to 1985 the band toured the United States, Canada, and Japan extensively, welcoming fans to “Climb Aboard The Good Ship Pablo Cruise.” Reaching the top with mega hits like “Whatcha Gonna Do When She Says Goodbye?” and “Love Will Find A Way,” and several other top 20’s, the band went on to sell several million albums and singles collectively and established themselves as well as respected writers and performers within the industry. Lot of cool memories as a mid seventies pre-teen/teen with this music. Just takes you away to a more pleasant place where the music is fun and not so serious! Play it again Pablo! Music to bring the people back together again and show some ❤️

Mine too, I am 61, it was in jr High and the drummer did a solo by dancing on a huge Bass Drum, I am a drummer and freaked out... it was a great time!

The Pablo Cruise keyboardist, guitarist and bassist are the most outstanding musicians of ANY rock band. They fully understand their instruments and how to create great music. Always liked that they were excellent singers. How exciting the tour!

Just saw Pablo Cruise open for Kenny Loggins in Clearwater FL this past fall. After their set, Dave Jenkins came and sat in the seat right behind me in the regular old seats. Totally normal friendly guy! I love normal people who happen to have great talent!!

Saw these guys in concert way back in 1979 or 1980 in Provo, Utah with Jimmy Messina opening. They were fantastic. They still sound great. Great musicianship.

I saw Pablo Cruise in the late 70's, opening for the Doobie Brothers, and I've always loved their music. Speaking as a musician, I've played their hits in various bands, love Yacht Rock, and ironically, will be playing with a Doobie Brothers tribute band (The Doobie Others) on that SAME Rock & Romance Cruise in March that Pablo will be on! Hope to get to meet these guys. Keep on goin' guys!!! 🙂💖🤘

Pablo Cruise had one of the best rhythm sections ever with Steve Price and Bud Cockrell. Cockrell was also THE voice of the band. Jeff Porcaro had high praise for Steven. That speaks volumes.

I believe the very first time I ever heard this song on the radio was in 1978 and I fell in Love with it back then but as time went on I didn’t hear it again on the radio anymore so years went by and for the Life of me I Couldn’t remember the name of This song at All but Or Even The Group ! A few decades had passed or a little more than that I Actually heard this song once Again and I was So Happy to Hear it Again and then I Finally Heard the name and song again and I Now Hope I Never Forget It Again ! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Bruce Santos was their bass player. Met him at Don Weirs Music City in San Francisco where he worked in the early 1980s, where I used to regularly shop for gear. Saw them at the Oregon State Fairgrounds in 1978 during the State Fair.
