■ Cooking time: 15 minutes
■ Ingredients (for 4 people)
・ Vermicelli: 80g
・Minced pork: 50g
・Frozen seafood mix: 80g
・Purple onion: 1/4 (25g)
・Celery: 1/4 ・Coriander: 1/2 bunch
Sauce ・Nampula: 3 tablespoons ・Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons ・Sugar: 2/3 tablespoons
■Preparation ・Slice the purple onion thinly, soak in water for about 5 minutes, and drain.
・Slice the celery diagonally.
・Cut the coriander roughly into 2 cm wide pieces.
・Defrost the seafood mix according to the instructions on the package.
■ How to make
1. Fill a pot with plenty of water and bring to a boil. Boil the vermicelli for 1 minute and 30 seconds and drain.
2. Put the seafood mix in the same pot and boil until cooked.
3. Put the minced meat in a colander and boil it in the same pot until it is cooked through.
4. Put the sauce ingredients in a large bowl and mix.
5. Add vermicelli, seafood mix and minced meat to 4 while hot and mix.
6. Add onions, celery, and coriander, mix, and serve in a bowl to complete.
■Tips/Points ・Because the vermicelli soaks into the sauce, boil it for less time than indicated.
・It is also recommended to add red pepper to your liking.
