From an anatomical perspective the knee joints are not to be exercised in an extreme bent manner like some of your moves. You will hurt your knees within a short time. Ladies because of their wider pelvis have a more vulnerable knee joint angle. They should never do some of the moves with a low stance like what you did at 0.59. If you do not believe what I just wrote ask your lady students. I hope my comment will save a few knees. Please verify my comments with healthcare professionals.

@Cristiano7007 What do you mean? Do you know that the "Yang" in Yang Style of Tai Chi refers to its founders name "Yang Lu Chan" not Yin and Yang! Hope you can get the DVD and judge our skill once you have seen the entire form set!

if i look to your style it is not the tradition style of the yang family. Your interpretation looks ok, but it is for me to much show. I practice 10 years of tai chi chuan of yang family.
