Kassandra, these videos have helped me so much through the hardest times of my life when I couldn’t go back to my mat and practice on my own, my thoughts were too loud, my heart hurt so bad and my wounds were opened. I always come back here to yin yoga with affirmations to soothe and give myself a little bit of peace with the certainty that Yoga with Kassandra and affirmations will make me feel better. Hi Cassandra, this class was so helpful for my mental health. I am currently in therapy and we discussed leveraging the tools of "self-compassion" exercises which are similar to affirmations. To be able to apply these affirmations into a Yin yoga practice is an eye opener for me as a person who struggles with change. It is also immensly helpful to me as a Yin Yoga teacher. I have never started and then stuck to any protocol in my life. I hesitated to make comment until now. I have benefited from and enjoy this and other videos by Kassandra enough times now to say how much I have really enjoyed these videos and look forward to doing yoga because of them. I count myself lucky to have found Kassandra's yoga videos. I can't imagine my new and improved life not doing yoga with Kassandra regularly. With hubris I speak on the behalf of the universe and say thank you thank you thank you.
Kassandra you are wonderful. You are the only yogi I follow on YT. I love your Yin and Affirmation routines, and how you keep it simple with very minimal chat, very easy to follow your moves with your instructions, and you allow the time per pose, reminding us to breathe and keep our form and continue to relax our face and body. So good, I now do yoga twice a day and I LOVE IT and look forward to it each time!! Peace and warm hugs
Kassandra I am so grateful for all your classes but I particularly love your yin yoga practices with affirmations. I’ve only recently discovered this one and it has joined my other favourite which has an affirmation for each chakra. Love your yin classes, with or without affirmations equally. One suggestion though: how about have the list of affirmations printed at the end, so one does not have to replay the entire video to write down the affirmations. Love your voice, clear directions and the sense of calm and peace after the practice. Bless you and namaste!!

I have a ton of trauma from childhood, and being a psych nurse is very stressful physically and emotionally which make me wallow in dark places. I spend all day trying to control my emotions and reactions. This practice actually allowed me to let go for bit and I got tearful a few times but I know that’s just part of releasing. I’ve never cried during a yoga session. Thank you for that.

I didn't think I would like the affirmations but since I have been benefiting from working with Kassandra physically I decided to give it a try. Was surprised at how peaceful I felt by the end and plan to repeat this practice. Thank you Kassandra
Dear Kassandra, I'm doing Yoga with you now for almost 3 years, I also did 1 year of Lunar Yoga, which I really liked. But after this session my constant back pain - (which I have now over 2 years) is really so much better, almost gone! I can't believe it, I don't really understand why - since I'm a regular practicer - but I'm so greatful! I'm hoping, this feeling of relieve will last. Thank you for all your thoughtful work! Um...I think I absolutely need to do this! I’m not the biggest fan of Yin Yoga but I’ve taken almost two years off yoga and any other form of exercise. Life’s hits keep coming so I need some positive affirmations.
