I pray your mental health will be healed day by day and you can sleep like a baby everyday. Yoga and meditation with this channel (Yoga with bird) everyday as much as possible also helped me a lot to overcome my anxiety daily. I appreciate all kind and wonderful people here ☺️💕
So, I did this practice last night and when I checked the sleep information on my FitBit this morning, it recorded way more time in deep sleep than I usually get!! I was so impressed, I just had to share here. Super interesting data AND more importantly, I feel noticably more refreshed this morning than usual. I think this is so far my most favourite video of yours. It gave so much relaxation that i dont want to open my eyes throughout the poses and i want to stay in savasana untuk tomorrow morning. I love that we stay longer on each pose, almost like a yin style yoga. Please never stop making short videos like this. Love you bird 💚

I have terrible insomnia, I sleep 3-4 hours a nite. Tired of taking pills that no longer work, going to give this a try for sure. I enjoy yoga when I do practice. I tried a pm dvd once and I fell asleep on the floor in a pose because it was so relaxing, lol! Going to give ur practice a try. Thank u!
Great concept I will say as a plus size woman it was difficult to hold the poses for this long. I am still doing a lot of beginners yoga but I was looking for something relaxing for sleep.
Hello Bird, thank you for posting this amazing video. I am struggling a little however, I'm finding that the pose before Shavasana (idk how to spell it the one where you're lying down and feeling your body) makes my arms both go entirely numb to the point it is painful. Do you or anyone else knowledgeable about this subject have any advice on how to combat this? I still want to do that pose it feels so good on my back but my shoulders to my finger tips are suffering. Thanks in advance, I appreciate any insight.
It says yin Yoga on the thumbnail though 🙏 poses are usually held between 3-5 minutes. Sometimes longer. If the longer holds don’t feel right for you or are what you’re wanting, definitely stay away from this style of yoga. Try having a look at my sleep playlist.
