I realy love to do this yoga practise. I don't want to do any other yoga, so I do this one almost everyday. Thank you so much for this beautiful practise that gives my body relief and relaxation. I breathe better after starting this and I don't have so much pain in my neck anymore. Namasté
Kino! This is exactly what I needed. The past couple of days I've been doing a lot of hip opening poses and it has been bringing out so many emotions!!!!! Like sadness, anger and frustration. This video helped calm my body and mind! Thank you so much!! 😍 love you!! 💜🕉🙏🏼
Thanks you very much. I'm peruvian, i live in Peru, and i have back problems, in the dorsal, lumbar, much pain :( I need more videos like this for the back, please. I signed and always i like :)
I loved this one too, let's face it, I love all your posts! I do have one question, during some of these poses, my ankles hurt pretty bad (knees are perfectly okay), and same goes for lotus pose. I have to stop because of ankle pain. Any tips? Namasté ❤️🙏🏻
Hi Kino!Soo much thanks for the video,it was't easy to do anyway...What should I do if some of my muscles are 'hard' or they are not that flexible? Are there any stretches you would suggest?
How do you drape yourself over the block in the stretch at 13:15? I'm having trouble balancing without the block coming out from under me, or my head will end up resting on the ground... Could you please make a video explaining that stretch in more detail? Thanks!
NAMASTE GURUKINO Excellent video, Kino. My hips are not open that much yet to perform all the movements here. I am working on my flexibility, but I am not there yet. I am practicing, but my body knows what it can do, everyday i get better.
Hello Kino, I have a question. If I want to have a session with surrender yoga as well as core strength yoga, which should be done first and which should be done later before ending with Shavasan?
Yep, I get tired of the sexual comments too. People need to show maturity or just get a life. I'm reading comments when I have a question to see if it's answered from someone else before asking. Is this like the summer yoga course....designed to do daily for the week? I know I can do them as I wish but I like the commitment of the schedule. I saw great improvement that way with the summer course. Thank you! 😀
This course is actually designed to do one class per day for a 4 day a week practice. By the end of the course (which is now) you'll have 4 classes that offer a complete spectrum of the basics of the practice.
Thanks Kino, that sounds lovely & makes more sense. I shall do that. :) I apologize if you addressed this somewhere already (which I am guessing you have). :)
