Loved it Allie! Definitely could tell a difference in flexibility between sides in the splits. I need to work on achieving that balance. Thanks for another great practice.

One of my goals for 2018 is splits. This is the closest I have done it "comfortably" I actually relaxed and enjoyed it and didn't think about splits. It just happened:-) Thank you for this great practice x

Hi! I’ve been practicing with your yoga videos for around a month now. I was diagnosed with Achilles Equinus (horse feet lol) I have walked on my tippy toes since I started walking. Last year I was told I’ll never walk again because my muscles were so strained. I was told I’d never be able to touch my toes or walk flat or any of this. Because of your videos I can touch my toes. Another plus is that I’ve lost 12lbs but that’s beside the point. After I do your warm up video I’m able to run. I was told I wouldn’t be able to walk and I’m now able to run for three minutes straight. (Doesn’t seem like a lot but yeah) this has had such an impact on my life thank you for making these videos!

I've been following another splits video for a while and haven't seen any major progress and thought I needed more time! when I followed this video I was able to improve my splits immediately, I believe it' s the shimmy thing. Amazing.

I love videos like this that help you strengthen and improve on the basics, which then set you up to do more advanced moves. I'm new to yoga, and didn't want to start for a long time. The basics looked boring and the other stuff looked unattainable. Videos like this are fun and make me think the hard things are doable. Thanks so much for sharing your yoga and teaching talents.

That was a great class! I especially liked melting into splits from the runner's lunge. Most classes would guide to the splits through half-splits, but for me going into splits this way felt more physiological when I held the pose. Also, I lack just several cm to the full splits, and gosh this is the worst part, I always tend to push myself to the full splits and that hurts, because I'm tense with expectations from myself. This variation with a block was just perfect, I could feel my hip flexors release! Thank you, Allie!

Just did this class today! Loved how strong I felt throughout! Didn't quite get a full split going but I managed to sink a little bit deeper today. Slow progress is progress! Now I just have to keep doing this consistently!

Splits is such a tough one for me but this class helped so much. For the first time, I felt able to lift my hands from the floor while in the pose (or my version of the pose at least). I want to work on getting lower and getting back leg straighter so I’ll definitely come back to this brilliant practice many more times. Thanks Allie 🙏🏻

I love this type of flow! Kind of slow pace but strong and powerful, and a great balance between strength and flexibility!
