So good!💖💖💖🦄. I literally felt my heart energy increase. Also wish I found these videos online sooner. I love being able to practice at home since I live in the country far from the city this brings yoga to me that might have otherwise not been available. Also nice to experience yoga from different instructors. They all have their own style. Also sorry and sad to see that people online have been mean to you. Keep on rock in' er. Yogaing ✨🦄🌟💫👌👍😁🍰🙆⭐️

I can’t do all of these because I’m fat and have too much body to be able to move that way so the reminders to be gentle and loving were extremely helpful!

Thank you so much Kino, I've starred to pracrice with you about a year ago. I always do the practice with mental effort and concentration, it's beautiful after. Now I can do also the bakasana witch one year ago I thought it was really hard and I would not do it never. So thank You!

Hi Kino, I have tried several of your meditation videos and found them all very good. I tried this yoga video and found that I could do this but it was a stretch for me (please note that I am not a beginner - I have been doing yoga for 2 years). I found few comments below which say it was tough for beginners. My feedback to you is, please go slow during transitions between various poses. You would appreciate that the beginners are not as fast as you are. Going slow between the poses might make it a longer video (may be to avoid that, you go so fast in transitions) but then, only if it is slower, it can be done by beginners.

This video was fantastic! Great job creating a user friendly video with helping even beginners able to attempt more advanced stretches. I am a personal trainer and I want to become a yoga instructor, watching your video allows me to learn myself and look forward to teaching!

I started practing yoga after I hadn't in years and after three weeks of daily doing yoga with Kino's videos I finally held Bacasina for the full time without falling or losing my balance! I'm really seeing results! thank you so much kino! do you have a DVD or something of you teaching the primary series?? I would pay for that!

Great video. However I'm a beginner and this really seemed a bit advanced. I managed to get to 9 minutes and couldn't do anymore. Also, for any other people who have never done yoga. Please ADVISE: Be careful when you do some of these poses and then move your head to see the video and see what the next pose is. Doing this made me feel lightheaded and is one of the reasons I stopped. Other than that this video is awesome and KinoYoga really seems to know what she's doing. I'll subscribe and come back in a few hours to try and memorize some of the first exercises.

Thanks for this refreshing practice. The one thing that bothered me was how quickly you progressed through each count of "five breaths". By the time you reached five, I was at two, two and a half full breath cycles max. I can only imagine how anxious I'd be if I were going through an entire yoga practice breathing as quickly as you counted. In summary, maybe you should consider either slowing down your counting to allow for deeper, more relaxing breathing, or say "a count of five" instead of "five breaths". Otherwise, great practice! Thanks again for sharing it with us! Namasté. 🙏

Thanks Kino. I review these time to time, archiving the ones specific to moves I have difficulty with. I got my mom (75 this year) practicing finally and it's helped her far more than she imagined. If you do this long enough, you start to realize just how important the breathing aspect is. I'm still working on going to a standing position from the bridge. That one's a "mother" on a 6'7" guy with limited flexibility in the lower back. I work on my Scorpion frequently in order to prepare better for that and also learning which muscle to properly engage to begin the pulling motion, sorry - "journey" -, from bridge pose to standing. Again, the vids are great and I enjoy the subscription. On a side note, where can I get some cool patterned yoga pants with a 38" inseam? My male chromosome seems to limit me to "MacGregor/Big 5/Dick's Plain Go-mow-the-lawn" style. Boooring! Thanks.
