Amazing! I had no idea I could get that deep into a forward fold. Wow! I love the idea of rocking side to side gently to cue the body that it is safe. Thank you!

love this one!!!! forward folds typically make me so frustrated because i simply do not have the flexiblity for them (yet, hopefully!) but this video had me feeling good and like i was making some real progress by keeping things moving rather than just sitting statically and getting annoyed at my pathetic little attempt at a fold lol. i'll definitely be revisiting this one often!!!

3 differences today.. 1 I can grab both elbows with legs straight..but only for a few seconds 2. Can easily grab the ball of the foot each side.. 3.. on the final forward fold my elbows can rest upon my shins quite easily.. Thanks joelle ❤#gooevening

From 3 days ago...I can now hold elbows behind legs straight no problem now.... And at the forward fold my forearm are side by side to my shins.......head is a bit closer to my knees...but a bit more work on the rounding of the spine.....so not to far at completion?
