Tim, Thank you so much for this one! I had been very ill, and I was very afraid to try a 'full' yoga session again, even though I'm a rookie yoga instructor. I browsed and browsed, and my heart told me this was the one I should re-start with (you know everything happens for a reason). This video made me cry not only because I am still in pain, but also from joy, because I was surprised I was able to do most of the postures you so gently indicated. Thank you so much for your sweet voice, kindness, and for helping others either start on the path of yoga, or recover and come back to it. My Vedic philosophy teacher says: "We don't teach others yoga. They already have it; they are yoga. We simply help them remember it". Namaste!
Finally found a workout that felt easy, gentle and relaxing to follow. I'm hoping to incorporate the stretches in my daily routine, and praying it helps to finally alleviate the pain in my neck and shoulder due to a stiff thoracic spine.
Wow....tim you must somehow be reading my frequency. How did you know Tim?! How did you know I need this !! Thanks for making this video and sharing!! this literally gonna make my day,...no week...no.... my entire life better
Soft and gentle speaker ...I was just like wow! It's very easy to follow your directions even with my eyes closed. First video and I think am a fun :) Thanks!
Many thanks, Tim for this video. I had a really bad pain under my left shoulderblade. I could not move much even I practice yoga almost every day (following your videos :-)). this video helps me to recover. to relax the muscles :-)
Thank you so much for this Tim. I hurt my collarbone and I haven't been able to do yoga for a few days and I feel is icky and guilty for not being able to do my daily practice. Can you please do a video for a cracked collarbone? Namaste.
would be great if you could suggest alternatives for the props please. i have had to turn off several of your videos because i don't have the equipment needed. alternative exercises or stand-in items would be fantastic. thanks.
