When you're paddling on your surfboard you're constantly having to arch your back, which can put a lot of stress on your back if you haven't got the strength or flexibility to maintain the arched position.
This class is designed to help you find both strength and flexibility so that the two can work hand in hand when you're back on your surfboard.
