Lucy Foster-Perkins from Yoga For City Surfers has put together a 10-minute yoga sequence for us, aimed specifically at female surfers. You can practice this sequence as a warm up before you surf or as a post-surf stretch. You can even just practice this at home as a way of building strength in between surfs.
