Many of us suffer from tight hamstrings, and when we have tight hamstrings, this can lead to tight hips and lower back pain. So it's super important to stretch and lengthen the hamstrings to maintain our mobility.
Suitable for all levels, even if you're a beginner. You'll need your mat, and maybe a set of blocks (or big books/boxes) and a strap (or scarf/towel). I will show you how to use the props to practise safely.
Please listen to you body and don't force yourself in any of the stretches. Enjoy and share with anyone who is in need of some hamstring stretches!

Yay done! I think it was awesome, my hamstrings probably think I’m nuts! 😆 Thanks Jacqui, this will sure be one of my regular stretches, because there’s just SO much to do!
