Yoga for Upper Body Flexibility for Beginners at home.
This Daily Yoga routine is very beneficial for people who goes to gym and do muscle building and bodybuilding. This stretching routine is best to get the flexibility of upper body i.e. Shoulders, Chest, Arms, upper back and lower back.

Yoga ke bareme apka itna Sundar Sundar videos ke liye apko mere taraf se bohot bohot dhannabad. Sir, apka '5 asanas daily' videos me un asanas ko practice kar raha hu. Iske ilaba apne flexibility, sexual problem, push ups, stretching , aur vi faldayak videos banaya. Savi videos mujhe bohot accha laga. Lekin sir maine har roj maximum kitna asanas Kar sakta Hoon kripa karke e bole please...

Thank you so much for your wonderful video, I followed your videos for flexibility for men and women, I have been doing wrong postures for years thanks for rectifying.. Plus one more request, as I am having a very stiff body , while doing the stretching I felt pain in body and muscle strain, so please share after yoga or after stretching muscle strain relief exercises also, so that I won't skip yoga because of the fear of this muscle strain and pain...

Atul bhai video is excellent...ur way of explanation and perfect posture is ultimate..... but u need to send it to a large community that is not reaching to people......for that thoda mirch masala lgao video k title me.....like 10 days m body flexible kese bnaye....body ko rubber k jesa kese bnaye....means in video u can explain ki time lgega 10 din m start ho jayega....but 1st of all u have to reach to people ..by hook or by crook

Sir, Aap middle split ke bare main bathake help karo, main 1 1/2 month se kar raha hu but middle split ho nahi pa raha hai. Mera age 34 aur 90(30x3) push up be daily kar raha hu & split be try kar raha hu. Magar middle split nahi kar pa rahahu. Please help karo.. Thank you 🙂
