thank you, these sessions have helped me keep my head above water recently, have been struggling with untreated depression for years now and its gotten significantly harder during the endless covid lockdowns that we have had to endure in the last two years now, ive been so lost and devoid of purpose, have lost a lot of interest in things i once enjoyed and im finding it hard to be motivated to do even simple things.. plus trying to maintain a normal sleep pattern is something i abandoned a long time ago now but at least by putting these sessions on i am able to get to sleep in a relatively peaceful way rather then tossing and turning endlessly for hours being tormented by my own thoughts. anyway, just wanted to let you know that what you have shared here has made a noticeable difference to my ability to cope with life lately and im greatly appreciative. i hope good karma is abundant in your daily life for what you have shared with the world here. once again, thank you.

At the time of the opposite sensations, I got that, way beyond ever before. Then came confusion/clarity. I think 4 years ago I experienced brain damage at the time of a stroke. I've been working on healing. At confusion I was crying out loud & with tears. And then clarity. I am the source of my existence, and I am compassion.

We'll try the Dropbox again or the insighttimer. Well, in Dropbox about 7 minutes and 54 seconds into this Yoga Nidra it stops and you have to restart it and then I didn't do it any longer to find out when it would stop again. We'll try insighttimer app next time.
This Yoga Nidra was EXACTLY what I needed and in co-creation with You and the Cosmic Consciousness, the Universe has shown me just how in tune I really am, where I have faltered and become blocked, etc. During this session, I started making sound and unwinding my limbs. There was a bit of thrashing around, and cathartic release. Not like the one I unleashed in public the other day though that sounded like me screaming like a banshee. lmao. It was easy to stay awake vs others like The Feather and Cosmic Core that knock me out (and actually, I was going to do one of those, as it was summoned in my head, but was PULLED towards this one.). I am grateful for the ability to RESTATE sankalpa more than once. While you were bringing up the images, a lot of beauty came up. It was sooooo blissful. Than you for this!

Hi Tannis! It’s Sara Eden from Calgary. I listen to your nidra mediations religiously and the other day an ad came on this meditation about 3/4 of the way through. I know this is not your intention and thought you would want to know as it completely defeats the purpose of the meditation to be interrupted, and come out of the trance to shut the ad off. Hope you are well and thought you would appreciate knowing!
Hi Sara, yes I am aware of the unfortunate ads placed in the middle. I will need to record and use different music in order to avoid this disruption. In the description I put a link to my dropbox file where you can listen without ads. Also, I have all my recordings on Insighttimer. Its a free meditation app and there are no ads in those. Please know I have not put ads in to receive any monetary kick back. I tried to get them removed but unless I rerecord I cannot get rid of them.
