This is the first time I almost completed the whole meditation to the end without turning it off. Yoga Nidra is such a huge challenge with ADHD. A new thought every millisecond really gets in the way of focus 😰 I do my best to persevere each and every time 🧘♂️
The contrast of anger and passion was deeply felt. The energy in the body was similar, but anger was associated with a belief in being thwarted while passion felt at choice.
dear tanis, your yoga nidra sessions are transformational. i can't wait to practice with this. i think i told you already that i LOVE yoga nidra so much i became a 'certified' instructor. haven't used that certification yet but am so deeply grateful for the practice and for your generosity. much LOVE dear woman.
Omg i can’t believe i didn’t realize you added new yoga nidras. Your are BY FAR MY MOST FAVORITE.
