Oh man have I got news for you! The lemon squeezer thing works best when the lemon half is facing down. You want the top part to be pressing on the round, closed part of the lemon. Good luck!

Idk why I ever see creators cooking sirloin. That’s honestly one of my favorite steaks if it’s cooked right. It’s better marinaded I think because of the leanness but I love sirloin.

if you havent marinated steak in salt, pepper, lemon, parsley, cheese, chicken stock, sesame oil, egg whites, mountain dew, soy milk, mango juice, tap water, urine, garlic powder, rice oil, wasabi, and sewage water, youre completely missing out

I found out that ginger really tenderizes steak. My go to steak is a fillet, but I found a two pack of thick sirloin fillets marked down. I hope they are tender.

I made a somewhat similar marinade for a contest we had at my culinary program. We had to do something with a long uncut ribeye, so one of my teammates cut it up, I made the marinade, and our other teammate looked for recipies for a street corn, salsa Verde and some other stuff. We made a spicy beef sauce, salsa Verde, our own tortillas, grilled carne asada, street corn, pickled beets and a chunky salsa to go on the tacos. We went with a more street style of food while the other team went on the more fancy side, having a cast iron cooked ribeye, some amazing roasted potatoes, and a creamed spinach. I absolutely loved their food as well. The chefs and other judges couldn't even decide who would win because they loved them both. Really wanna make the marinade again with some steak but I don't have an oven or fridge where I live currently.

Sounds very delicious! Although long ago I discovered a similar and delicious Korean Bulgogi marinade consisting of: Kikomans soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, crushed garlic, chopped green onions and Asian pear or kiwi fruit, cracked pepper and kosher sea salt. No MSG’s. It’s the rave even with Tri Tip aka bottom cut sirloin.

I remember when I was around ten years old I took a flat iron steak some basil or oregano onion powder salt and pepper tinted that up in aluminum foil and put it in a bread tin sat it on 2 bricks in a propane grill and cooked for more than 2 hours the best steak I have ever ate

Go to your butcher and ask for a 2 inch Sirloin!! Marinate it in Worcestershire, Montreal seasoning, garlic salt….just a little, and a few red pepper flakes, trust me!! Thank me later!! On a Weber charcoal grill!! Don’t put the hood on it! That’s where most of you fuk up!! It’s called Flamekist for a reason!!

To be perfectly candid I haven't had a beef steak I could stand the flavor of in a long time. I used to go to one steakhouse several years ago where they marinaded the steak and then seasoned it extremely well. It was ALWAYS very tender and delicious. Back then it was less than $10. Granted, we're talking about a 5-6 oz steak but that's all I ever wanted anyway. I still just prefer a good hamburger or hamburger steak with mushrooms and grilled onions. Right now I can't even remember the name of that franchise restaurant. The last one I ate at was in Terre Haute on my way back from the Detroit area. I can still picture Terre Haute in my head, the city layout and things and I've only been inside the city once but I can't remember the name of that steakhouse I ate at probably 50 times. Weird. *Joplin has been on my list for awhile now. I'll get there when I do, and not before.

next time try some of the same dry herbs but with fresh at the end either rough chopped or just as u want at the last 3 to 5 minutes before taking it off. just a thought.

Im only 25 and we don't bbq here in NZ that well like the rest of the world does, and all the smokehouses steakhouses bbq places over here are basically all American , but ceramic smokers are just 💯🔥 wish I could afford one. Can taste the difference in the meat from a normal bbq/smokers
