I don’t know why a woman would prefer to do the things, when all she has to do is be a lady and her man will do the things for her. She handles domestic life and the home, and he slays dragons for her and for their family. Pretty simple. But that’s a bygone era. Women have been brainwashed to think they need the same power that a man has, without realizing the power they already had that was complimented by the man’s power, and now it’s all screwed up.

@maskedbadass6802
@maskedbadass6802 3 года назад
@@travis6694 Think of all the things that make people uncomfortable/scared in life, but would be helpful to master. Stuff like public speaking, dancing, working out, removing the filter on your opinions, etc. Masculinity is about seeing one's fears as challenges to be conquered. Women at their core are afraid of risk, and you can see through certain clues that they just don't get the same satisfaction from accomplishment as men do. They would rather be WITH a winner than become a winner themselves, but what it takes to be a winner changes with the times and your own personal situation. You have to be flexible without looking for excuses to not get ahead. You can still look feminine while acting masculine, but usually the masculine drive to succeed tends to manifest itself in the way you look as well. So if you see someone who looks feminine to you because of shrimpy arms and soft voice when talking to girls, it is most likely tied to a lack of masculine drive that would have otherwise motivated them to work out and deepen their voice to display confidence. Part of what makes it so complicated is simply because our very feminist society doesn't want to acknowledge the benefits of masculinity. They try to confuse the issue and frame masculinity as being emotionless and sexually compulsive. Actual masculinity would encourage mastery of one's emotions/compulsions, but to many women admitting they tend to not have such self control is offensive so it's easier to just demonize.

In Native American culture, woman were in charge of building and maintaining the shelters. Everything pertaining to the home and house was womans domain. Quite a lot of Native American societies were matriarchal as well. That did not mean that woman ran everything. Men and woman still had their places and duties in life. Society was balanced and functional. But woman were valued at every stage of life and it was the eldest, most wise woman, of the village, who had the last say, in everything that happened. We in today's culture, are out of balance on so many levels.

I really wish I had this kind of information when I was still in school, bec. I would've been MUCH better off than I was!... Alex, IMHO, you and your channel is an essential part of the next gen of guys developing into truly High Quality, REAL MEN... I only wish I had this type of info and channels like this online when I was a teen and 20-something, as my life would've been much better by now than it currently is!... Any younger guy watching Alexander's videos, consider yourself VERY lucky to have him as a mentor, along with the internet and all of the other modern resources available at your fingertips in order to be learning all of this kind of stuff at a younger age, because knowing and understanding this kind of stuff will help you throughout your life, and in EVERY situation, not only just with your interactions with women! I am approaching 50 years "young" pretty soon here, so it might be a little bit too late for me in some regards for certain things, but I still learn from and really appreciate this channel in any case! Alex, you deserve more subscriptions, because if everyone in the world, both guys AND girls, knew and understood all that you talk about here on your channel, (and on your Patreon page), then this whole world, and espec. the dynamic between men and women now, espec. in the "dating and relationship game", would ALL be MUCH better off than it currently is rn!... So keep up your awesome work to try your best to help society in general with your knowledge and understanding of what it truly means to be a good person, and just to be a human being!

Dude I mean idk if its an asian thing but I've gone to the extent of considering myself autistic for not caring about what all the people around me think. I used to carry myself as someone who tried to be a leader, someone who had beliefs and tried to make his actions shoe them. Being masculine can be so polarizing nobody is even going to want to be around you. Thats's where I'm at right now. My friends are so sheep minded it drives me nuts but as soon as an asian steps outside your 'place' you get shut down so I don't blame them. This is definitely what I've needed to hear for a long time since I've acted it out since a young age but never had anyone ever tell me I was on the right track. I partly disagree with you. If you are a man you must be bold enough to state your opinions without fear of offending anybody. But also, if you are in the later stages of masculinity development, you should be able to state why you think you are right to have that opinion. And you should also be able to admit you were wrong (and get a stronger caracter) if somebody shows you where you are wrong (Ideally with your help in the process in proving your opinion to be wrong). Know this: when a man can understand what is really wrong and right, and why, then he has no constraints anymore. He knows where he is stepping and why he is making that step. There is no insecurity about his actions anymore. He knows what emotional displays are fair and when they are not. He is still insecure, but he is able to harness it to advance his world knowledge about human behaviour (he also harness the insecurity of others). Alpha males are naturally leaders. Leaders are naturally judges. So that is why men NEED a good sense of justice. That is what guides his actions. Sadly it is hard to find fair justice knowing people nowadays.
@bartunthegreat2999
@bartunthegreat2999 3 года назад
You are partially right, yes it's true that men should be judges and should have strong values but not many men are like that. You will often find pseudo alpha-males that are a big shot when it comes to talking and say what they think without a care if the other party is offended. They quite often verbally confront others, specially nowadays through social media. But they quickly back off when the stakes are real, like a physical fight. Of course in ancient times a man should also defend his ideas through force when needed. Naturally, this also leads to "might makes right" and the raise of tyrants to the leadership of their tribes. So is a balance. A man should be masculine enough to express his ideas without fear, strong enough to defend his ideas through force but also diplomatic enough not to put everyone against him and intelligent enough to recognize when he is the wrong. This lead to a code of honor among males, like dueling in ancient times. But we lost that in modern society since fighting each other became a crime.

@EmeraldEdge72
@EmeraldEdge72 3 года назад
You have a point here in what an alpha is however I'll add this: An alpha is someone who is fully invested and committed, really think about this because a lot of people don't get this. There can be weak alphas including the fact that not everyone is 100% all the time. A great example of this was that there was steel work here in Ontario years ago the moment the work dried up divorce shot up 100%. I say this so people can see that essentially not every woman can be fully invested and committed in her family or union, it's just temporary. Yes an alpha is a leader they will decide for the pack. Decisions are always a security issue which is inherently a MALE TRAIT 96% or higher. An example of a decision is whether they would come across two mushrooms and one is poison and one is not. They then will decide which mushroom is safe to eat for the group. If they choose wrong they then like you said correct themselves, where this knowledge spreads and permeates throughout the group. However there can be the chance that one mushroom while poison doesn't affect you right away, but over time it will! This is still a security decision where male foresight is highly crucial to the group's survival and way of life and whether the group acknowledges their leader and trusts them. I'll give you a real life example! I dated this girl once who had a job, she tried to get me to work there with her, but I sensed something was off about the female store manager who gave the interview. She wanted me to *Commit/invest right away (use my alpha self).* Later on the girlfriend told me of a problem that had arisen I can't remember the details but the brown guy and another white guy had left the store. To my knowledge they were the backbone of operations and she couldn't keep them. They had found another job and invited my girlfriend to join them at another job I remember her indecision, but I remember my answer, I told her to go with those men! A few months later she would find out that the manager of her former store had messed things up so much that she was essentially not allowed to hire people anymore and was only store manager in name again I forget the details, but this was the best example I could draw from memory. You can find these traits in any male which is why I say every male is potentially an alpha. Finally I will say this for people who continuously harp on Beta. Like alpha there can be strong alpah's and there can be weak alphas the same goes for beta. The major difference is beta usually is in the realm of not being so committed or invested. They can even be below, on par, or better than alpha they just wont commit or they just don't give a hoot. This doesn't make them weak usually because like being on any team you're going to have to be able to tangle with and against other teams and their alpha's! Final point which many of you have seen as a leader or the alpha many people will want to be alpha or see themselves as alpha or like them. Remember beta doesn't always necessarily care for such recognition. Women cannot determine who is beta or alpha she can only sense what she likes and does not. Leave the judgment up the men who have real stake in the game!
