Thank you Tzippy. This is a huge struggle of mine in gymnastics. There's nothing more frustrating than performing an L sit, handstand, leg raises, etc with pointed toes. And your feet cramp up and need to get out of the position. I was always that person... and still to this day a bit. Just finished the session and my feet felt more flexible, archy and more pointy. The hyperextension in your knees looks amazing! I had to add a folded towel underneath my knees for more height. However your heels are completely off the ground! Almost as if you have something underneath. Hyperextended knees looks scary😬 .... but COOL! Your awesome Tzippy.
