@@keithfrancis9293 But chicken breast contains lots of protein and almost no fat, so you can safely eat it even from grain-fed chicken in combination with healthy butter.
Chicken is the poster child of Adventist’s who campaigned in bygone years that red meat promoted violence against women because it made men more manly and fertile.
But there is a problem with commercially raised chickens. They are monogastric, so they can not process plant food into saturated fat like cows can. They are fed with grain, corn and soy. Their fat contains lots of unstable omega 6 fats because of it and they are detrimental to our health. In that case is actually better to consume chicken breasts for high protein content and you can add lots of butter to it.
I've always used butter, and had leftover chops or chicken (Thighs!) for breakfast. Sweets? No thanks, except I do love chocolate, the darker the better. It's like my body has been telling me this for 50 years!
Then you've been spreading misinformation for years. DHA exists in plants called seaweed, which is where the fish get it and EPA/DHA from ALA conversion is not a problem. This video is spreading misinformation and so are you if you're saying the same thing. You really call that "thinking for yourself", if so your standards are to low.
Brilliant ❤❤❤ Did you know at mental health assessment they don't ask about head injuries? Nor head injuries with stitches #MHMisdiagnosis 💔 💔 💔 #TBI #BeingSaneInInsanePlaces
Also: Pure, White and Deadly - John Yudkin John published his book in 1972 and still available in paperback in 2024. A few years before Ancel Keys had done the sugar producers a favour. When the sugar producers read Pure, White and Deadly they set about him, discredit, slur etc and i believe he never had his future work published. I am actually surprised Pure, White and Desdly is still available in paperback.
It's good but not the store bought chicken of today. The original natural chicken is way tastier even though it's smaller than today's jumbo 45-days-or-less-to-harvest tasteless chicken.
Exactly yet there are so many people in the medical industry trying to instill a sense of cautiousness into the minds of the masses and make people concerned about so called excessive saturated fats. Fats especially, animal fats, are some of the sources of nutrition some people take for granted.
@@shun2240 I do not blame you. I am not only cooking it with butter, but I am adding lots of butter on the top of it and then I can handle it just fine, even enjoying it.
Hey Doc, because chicken isn’t a ruminant creature and those that are raised and end up in grocery stores and are the variety used by every fast food business in the country, those creatures are bred specifically to grow fast and huge, are the chicken GMO? We know their feed is full of glyphosate and therefore it is GMO but the poor chickens that get stressed and blow holes in their hearts bcuz they can’t handle the metabolic strain they are under, how do you think that translates to our health. I used to eat chicken everyday till I watched Supersize Me 2. It’s weird but I can no longer eat them, nor do I feed it to my dog. What think ye?
@@nushia7192 In that case, It's OK. I Should have said that in most chicken on the market the fat is poor quality because they are fed non-ancestral diet.
Fat is much better at keeping things moving than fibre. Fibre dries out in your colon. Fat does not. Ensuring you are consuming enough fat is the key to avoiding constipation.
Animal fat is the most satisfying food 🥘 in the world,,, You will only know and appreciate its taste if you have not had sugar for a long time,,, the most tasty food
There, you go folks, have fun with your KFC diet every day! The best food for human consumption is your Kentucky chicken wings and legs, better raw because you know, carnivores eat raw, but apparently cooked is just as good even though it's not carnivore.
My aches and pains disappear on carnivore but one that hurt for the first month was my knee that had been operated on for a torn ACL. I looked into it a little bit and my hypothesis is by resting from carbs my body was finally able to break down and repair some of the damaged tissues left in my knee from surgery 10 years ago. Still on carnivore now my knee feels great. better than ever.
@@fran791 so it’s safe? It feels like kidney pain or something. Just worried I’m doing some sort of damage because it’s a constant pain.. especially at night. I was on the diet and was doing great except for that. Went off for a while- pain left. Then I started up again and so did the discomfort. Just want to make sure I’m not causing stress to my system. Ty for your response!
@jmt__there is, and it's in sufficient amounts, too much dha and epa is bad, it oxidises quickly, FYI we only need like 2g of dha per day for optimal brain function
@markuscsaba670 We do eat grass. Wheat, rice, corn, barley, wheat grass, oats are all types of grasses that we eat. But my point is, algea is the source of this amazing nutrient that he doesn't want to acknowledge because it will ruin his propaganda
@@nushia7192 The healthiest population documented is a population of plant eaters. Sorry, no Humans hunted in the past for food. It was survival. They also did cannibalism. Survival situations call for desperate actions. That doesn't mean meat Is healthy
@@Justinegallows Humans aren't herbivores. We cannot digest cellulose. Every herbivore on planet earth can digest cellulose. Humans cannot be classified as herbivores or be healthy eating only plants because we cannot utilise cellulose for the fat content of our diet (which for a herbivore is 60-70% of their diet). Meat is necessary and healthy for humans as are animal fats. We have a gallbladder to digest fats directly - we cannot synthesise it from cellulose fermentation. These are basic biological facts that cannot be changed because you feel sorry for animals. Enjoy your malnutrition but some of us want to be healthy.
