Kubo wasn't actually a Barcelona reject. Barcelona had to release him from their youth academy because they broke laws for signing underage players. He went to play in Japan and was then signed by Real Madrid
Hulk has been brilliant at Shang Gang too. He is the one that dragged them to that title. He is unplayable at times for the Chinese players. Him and Paulinho are unstoppable!
I'd say Kubo is harsh, he wasn't a Barca reject, they signed him illegally so he had to go back to Japan, plus Madrid have actually given him some games and he's impressed, but yes 50k is a bit for any 18 year old
Askel A this ist just so frustrating...you are absolutely right! luka jovic had an absolutely insane season at frankfurt who got to the europa league qualification places... this 12th place this dude is talking of is in this season and guess why? their front 3 jovic, rebic and haller all are gone!🤦🏼♂️
Tbh I think dybala is worth it in context of footballers, he’s been playing very well this season and he’s world class so compared to some people I think he’s worth it
AY-Men Ultra dybala on his day can be better than all three . But he is inconsistant , which gives him all the hate. Also it is not the problem that he is overpaid , it is that they are underpaid
Dybala has been one of our most solid players this year also all this about inconsistency considering how many years his been with us now since 2015 and his had what, one bad season? His not inconsistent at all his a player that had far to much hype put on him because he shared a nationality with one of the greatest of all time players, having eyes on him 24/7. One bad season gave him that reputation which is undeserved. Also the first season Ronaldo started playing for us. He was just getting accustomed to playing alongside him.
@@ryanbenjamin1831 I'm glad you said that. I actually had a discussion with a United fan who thought it was an amazing idea; in his eyes there was nothing wrong with appointing a new signing as the club captain, let alone at a club with the level of exposure United has. Fucking mental, you don't see any world class coaches making these kind of decisions.
I mean, say whatever you want about Joelinton but, being a Newcastle fan, you should know better than us than Joelinton is being used wrong He's not Rondón. He's not a big Target Man who you can punt balls to. He's completely isolated upfront. He's not a magician to make goals suddenly go in Just a small thing
Joelinton isn't suited to how they want him to play at Newcastle, he needs runners on either side to link up with 3 at the back, wing backs, only almiron as support
still 50,000 for a guy who is competing in the 3rd or 2nd division of Spain? Like I get that he's a prospect for the future, but 50,000 for an 18 year old who, like many other promising players, isn't one to stay fit 100% of the time could end up with a "career ending" injury in other words meaning his potential plummets and he's just a guy on 50,000 till he's 23.
Glistening lmao if you don’t even know which division he’s playing in, you better stop calling him “oVeR PAiD” cuz how do you know he’s overpaid if you don’t even watch him play lol. P.S. He currently plays for Mallorca in Laliga
In response, last I checked he was playing for madrids B Team, I don't follow 18 year olds who are unproven (in terms of not achieving much in the first division across 2-3 seasons) I don't care that he moved on loan to a first division club in LaLiga and I don't follow La Liga extensively. So yeah, I've seen how he plays but no one should be paid the figures they are for kicking a ball regardless. Unless you're a top athlete that's well known 50,000 a week is absurd
Glistening Just want to point out that I don’t know what the source of this video is but from my research he gets paid around 17000 a week and from what you said, I suspect you saw him playing when he played few games for B team right? I mean, if you didn’t know, playing for B team and a team in Spanish first division is totally different, especially a player like Kubo who is a pure creator, requiring good players around him in order to himself to do well. Therefore I do not think you can talk about whether he is worth that much of salary and from what I’ve seen from few games just before the lockdown, he did prove his potential.
Bamshak Fwangyil So it is their fault. A good business weighs up the value of something; if there is little or no value then you remove yourself from the negotiations, no matter how much you initially wanted the asset.
Lana Rhoades presumptuous to call him a flop though. They signed him to be the heir to their aging defenders and at the moment he still looks on course to achieve that
Subscribe to me If you go for man city Robin Hood steals from the rich and gives the poor wolves and man united take points from the big clubs and give them to the small clubs
Only thing I disagree with is the false assessment of Anthony Martial, which is stated by Mourinho and perpetuated by British media First season, Martial scored 19 and had 7 assists as a 19 year old. Majority of games as a #9 and then shifted wide when Rooney got injured, Memphis went out of form and we promoted Rashford. That slowed his goalscoring down. Second sesaon, Zlatan came and Mou benched him because he wasnt defensive enough, which is ridiculous. Barely played but still got 8 goals and 4 assists. All because he wasn't defensive. And NB, he was forced now to play from the left instead of center forward, and his #9 was removed from him and given to Zlatan. All dog moves by the manager. Third season began rotating with Rashford on the left, yet between August-December, had 11 goals and 9 assists. That's right 11 goals and 9 assists in 5 months. Won 3 POTM awards at United during this time. Yet Mou kept saying in the media he isn't consistent and they ran with it. He bought Alexis in January, and at first threw Martial on the right then benched him altogether. No chance to build momentum and then everyone just agreed he's inconsistent. Caused him to miss the world cup Fourth season, Mou tried to sell him and completely relegate him to the bench but the team was playing crap just as they did the season before, even thoguh they finished second ( because de Gea made 93 saves and Utd was the team with the second most shots conceded on target in the league lol). Eventually Martial played and on 4 occasions scored vital goals that saved Mou's job. Still was called inconsistent and couldn't play. Ole came in, he scored a few, assisted a few and then was caught cheating on his wife as well as felt depression from all the unfair treatment from mourinho, and was sent to see a specialist by the club. This season he missed 2 whole months through injury yet has 16 goals and 5 assists. It's currently his THIRD best season He's btw, been the top scorer at man utd since Fergie left since the 2017/18 season, aka the season he scored 11 goals and 9 assists in 5 months (his second best). The narrative needs to stop. He is class and was with a manager who benched him for not playing enough like a left back instead of a forward.
He is just not 250000 class, he earns more than Moh salah, Kane and Aguero and all of them have scored more than half of martial uniteds carreer goals in a single season
@@federicozeissl9104 and that’s because of josd mourinho. What abt that arent u getting? Martial was injured for 2 mths last year and still got 25 goals.
Iniesta isnt overpaid he brings millions to the club through popularity of the legend he is. His stats are ridiculous too and help the club financially and the club itself by performing well
Compared to Sanchez’s and Pogba’s wage, I think De Gea’s wage is fine and well earned after all the years he spent with us. If anybody is overpaid it’s Sanchez. De Gea isn’t lucky he still has the #1, because everyone knows he’ll bounce back because he’s already bouncing back. Henderson won’t take the #1 next season, he hasn’t proven himself with a BIG club. Too risky to put him in all willy nilly and expect him to save us like David, keep both to fight for the spot or loan Henderson out again
How is de gea overpaid? He has saved us to many Times, should have left us years ago because he is a great keeper who deserves to play for the best clubs in the world but he Stayed with us
I'm sorry but De Gea is far from overpayed. He deserves every penny he gets for the loyalty he displays. He is a leader for all the players at Man utd. Experience and skill.
I hope they decide to restrict wages, fees and put a rule in place where the Club has to own 51% of their own club like in Germany. It completely destroys the sport in my opinion
Javi HD he is amazing he struggled last seaosn and is doing decent this season but he is absolutely amazing and for Argentina once Messi retires he is gonna shine
For some clubs in Asia theyre not paying for the output the player will get but instead the commercial side and the benefit of having a famous player on the brand etc
@@brianokeeffe7758 he's on loan, and I admit he's absolutely fantastic, but de gea hasn't performed too badly this season. He has had a few good games and made some important saves. Surely you can't consider him lucky to be no1. He's still one of the best in the world
Gokul Krishnan He is very inconsistent tho and Henderson is consistent . I still wouldn’t trust Henderson as no1 cos he is still quite young for a goalie
@@brianokeeffe7758 he is not 'very inconsistent'. He has made a few mistakes this season which people focus on more than the great saves he's made. He's not as good as he was previously but he still deserves to be uniteds main man
e e The budget is fine, they have enough to pay the player for now. With this coronavirus, every team is struggling financially so don’t pull the finance card
@@duerphykat8809 again like I said no point spending 300k on a player that's going to retire hes not even that good anymore. And do you think a Japanese club has the same amount of money as barcelona.
e e There is a point in spending 300k, it was to lure him to their club, his name sells merchandise and pretty much pays back a lot of what he costs. Japanese club don’t have Barca money but Iniesta is still a good player in the Japanese league. It’s his name brand that motivated them to get him, not just his ability. It really doesn’t matter if he retires as long as it’s after his contract ends.
@@duerphykat8809 hes now a washed up player. Merchandise doesnt cover up the wages. Name and brand doesnt all cover up the wage fees. Were also talking about the other players. His reputation doesnt cover up the whole squad.
I Stan with the Martial comment. Ivan Perisic is literally just as good and has pretty much matched martial's stats for the last 4 seasons, if not bettered them and he was signed by inter Milan for less than 20 million euro. Sure he might not be doing spectacular at Bayern Munich, but that just shows how stupid we were to loan him out and struggle with Cristiano Biraghi and Ashley Young in his position. People sleep on Perisic because he plays for inter Milan and doesn't get overpaid for. He's literally as good as Martial.
Tbf, Kubo isn't a Barca reject, he was forced to leave when they were caught registering young and ineligible players against FIFA rules....some board members have been quoted as saying they screwed up by not resigning him
ALREET... your not one knee knock away from not doing what you love.. so you are spot on to be fair. Paul Gascoigne made 15k at RANGERS.. imagine that now.
I’d disagree about Zlatan’s inclusion. Since coming to Milan they’ve been better than their place in the league actually shows. In Serie A 4 goal involvements in 8 and his presence on the pitch seemingly has reinvigorated something at AC.
Kubo isn't a "Barcelona reject" they signed him illegally and were forced to terminate his contract while also suffering a transfer ban. They tried to sign him again once he turned 18 but the Madrid offer was better.
