I've been enjoying your channel for a few days and i didn"t really see the numbers behing your channel. I almost fell of my chair when i saw you only had 1k subscribers when your videos are of such quality! I really hope you keep going because your videos are so helpful, as much for new therapists (which is my case) as for anyone else. I hope this comment will give you a positive push to keep going :)
Super helpful! Many people I've known have had trouble with suicidal thoughts. One of the biggest things that you've mentioned is they didn't THINK they had anyone to talk about these thoughts. Thankfully, I haven't had to Baker Act any one of these people. They just needed someone to show them how much they were cared for and to affirm their existence and feelings as another human being.
That's awesome Brice! It is amazing how much even taking the time to listen can do for someone dealing with these thoughts. I have thoughts at times that make so much sense when they are in my head. However, I often times don't realize how ridiculous they are until I begin to express them to someone else. Talking out loud is so important with this stuff!
