We. Keralites. Use lots of white. ,Red pumpkins . Every. Day .we make it as kutu cook. With lentils. add grated coconut with. Jeera. With rice this is add as side dish , with no spices and very little oil. This can pass as comfort. Food., of course it is not zero calorie

Ma'am, raw vegetables provide the calories which i have said. Boiling the vegetables can increase their calorie content by 5 to 10 kcal. But it is a very minimal increase, so they can be boiled and had.
