Hey, I have the focus module from the weebill s, but when I install it, no matter what port I use, I can only control it with the rocker. The focus wheel does nothing for me. I kinda like it with a rocker, but If I dont want the rocker on there, it kinda sucks that I can use a follow focus.

I have a question. I bought the pro kit and the regular kit. The pro was 799.00 on sale the regular kit was 529.00 on sale. Not sure if I will ever use the accessories with the pro kit. Do you think I should keep the pro kit just in case I upgrade my cameras that can use the pro kit or keep the regular kit, it's only $270.00 more than the regular kit. I did set up the gimble from the pro kit and it was so easy and works amazing, but not sure which one to keep

I have a 24-70 sigma on a canon lens on the gimbal. When I push the center button on the handle it would auto focus . I used to be able to do this on my crane lab. Why won’t it work on crane 3s?

Hi Marcel, I have a Focus motor max (cmf 04) but it doesn't work in my crane 3s. I select in the menu the option focus-max-upgrade and show a X. I don't know what's the issues. Thanks.

Hi sr. Help me with a problem!! When I half-press the shutter button on SmartSling to activate autofocus, that function doesn’t works very fine. It doesn’t mark as green my focus on screen on my canon mark iv 5d. Do you have any idea why happens this? Or the gimbal works like that? Because before I used zhiyun crane 3 lab and the same camera and I could do that..

Need your help brother. I bought the Smart Sling package of this gimbal which doesn't include the focus or zoom servos. So, I bought only one as per my need and that's the one for focus. Now when I connected it to the gimbal, it's not working with the focus knob rather it's working with the zoom button. Tried switching the ports on the gimbal from focus to zoom and back, still no luck. It's being controlled only from the zoom button. :(

Hello, Please for help: my setup: Canon 5DMIV with 24-70 lens. I have a big Problem with Focus 1. I read the Manual that on the lens should be set to Autofocus and follow focus in the camera is set to off. I can't focusing very smooth from first plan to second plan because the focus engine is active and when i rotate the Focus Wheel the motor from lens is very loud and he ''beats'' with the Engine from Gimbal for Focus. Ann when I set on the lens to Manual Focus I am not able to focusing this dont works. I can only focusing smoothly when the camera is not connected to the gimbal with the cable, but then I dont have any control of my camera :( 2. Second thing is that when I set Points A and B in the rocker menu, after I restart the Gimbal this is not in memory I must renew this step. Sorry for my english but I hope that someone can help me... Someone know something about my issues ??

Does the ZY Play app allow you to program key frames for the focus and zoom motor positions so that, for example, you can change focus/zoom during a time lapse? I can do this with my Ronin S, but need this capability on a gimbal with heavier payload capacity.
