The tip of the plastic has almost a half-spear like head. Angle the suction cup over the speared side, then push and rotate. It should grab extremely easily. I can do them in 10 seconds each.

Yes, it can certainly get dirty over time. We recommend rinsing with warm tap water and using a soft scrub brush to remove any algae. For the Suction Cups, disconnect them from the dock and soak them in warm water with some vinegar. Hope that helps. :)

+bungee2fresh The Small or Medium size Turtle Docks should do well in a 20 gallon depending on how your habitat is set up. Your pet shouldn't be eating the dock, and any loose pieces should be removed. If your pet is attempting to eat the dock, it may be an issue with his diet. Make sure your pet is receiving the appropriate nutrients, vitamins, and nourishment so he doesn't feel compelled to chew on it. Hope that helps.

Every animal is different, and some can be more cautious to changes in their habitat than others. Give it time, and I'm sure they'll come around to it.

Hmm, I would suggest the Medium, Large, or X-Large docks for a turtle of that size.

RaFF C The Turtle Dock is designed for and works best when secured to a flat surface.

Hmm, with those habits, I'd recommend reassessing your pet's diet. If they feel compelled to gnaw on the Floating Dock, it may be because they're missing some vitamins or nutrients from their diet. I'd also recommend checking out our Turtle Bone (links.zoomed.com/tb-1), which may provide an alternative for their gnawing habit. As for flipping it over, they may need a larger Turtle Dock if that is happening. Hope that helps. Take care.

Which size Turtle Dock or Pond Dock are you using? Are the suction cups properly secured? Is it sinking with the pet on or off the platform? If it's sinking with your pet, you may need a larger version.

It can be a bit tricky. Like in the video, try pressing the suction cups on at a slight angle and twisting. Once you figure out one, the rest should go fairly easy. Hope that helps.

Hmm, depending on how many turtles you have and their unique size, a larger version may be more appropriate.

We got ours from PetSmart in a kit ad there weren’t any suction cups

I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with the suction cups. Do you mean they won't go on the bracket, or they won't stick to the glass? When connecting to the bracket, I would recommend pushing from a slight angle and twisting. Once you get the 'trick', they are pretty easy to apply. A secure suction cup makes for a secure turtle dock. If the suction cup itself isn't sticking, I would make sure that the surface you are applying to is clean and flat. Splashing the suction cup with water may also help create a suction. If it is still not working or appears damaged, please contact our Customer Service at: zoomedATzoomedDOTcom Hope that helps.

How so? Is it not level while floating? Your Turtle may be to big for the size dock you have if the dock isn't adjusting to its weight.
