In the book, Aegon was supposed to be there with Aemond and they both lead Rhaenys into a trap and kill her together, but ofc the show had to show his dragon (the KING'S dragon) in the same episode where Sunfyre is obliterated and make Aegon go there by accident. Aemond never betrayed him in the book either, and i can't believe they made Aemond betray him because he mocked him. It's so fucking stupid. book spoiler: Aegon is VERY hard to kill, whenever you think he's gone, he'll show up when you least expect it. Sunfyre also survives despite being extremely damaged after RR and unable to fly for a long time. Their story is about resilience and loyalty to each other. Aegon's armor is indeed melting, it fuses with his flesh to the point where they take hours to remove the metal, he has half of his body burnt, all the bones in his body are shattered, he's in so much pain (for months) that he begs for death multiple times, but then he recovers to the point where, eventually, he's able to walk again. He is the only Targaryen apart from Daenerys who survived dragonfire and he's recorded in history as such - he even gains a moniker from it: "Aegon the Unburnt" or "Aegon the Unbroken". I wish they showed half of who he was in the book, because his arc is so inspiring and he's legitimately one of the most resilient and strong characters I've ever seen.
I loved that scene with aegon and sunfyre..... Seems like he's the only one that loves aegon unconditionally which can be seen in the last scene where being himself injured sunfyre's trying to cradle aegon.
rhaeneys attacked in the hopes of injuring vagar in hopes another black dragon can finish her off. (Meleys is one of the oldest and strongest dragons) or kill her or maybe kill aemond so vhagar would be riderless and out of the picture, she is more experienced at the end of the day Meleys was too injured to have made it very far & Rhaenys would have never abandoned Meleys even for the sake of her own safety. That last look they gave before turning back to fight Vhaegar again was a mutual acknowledgement they were going down together. Makes that whole moment that much more heartbreaking. Also abandoning their Ally wouldn't leave a good message about rhaneyras claim
Godzilla has a son named Godzuki I have no idea if Godzuki will make an appearance. His appearances are usually silly and do not fit the tone of this masterful writing.
What alicent just did is essentially the same as antagonising someone who's about to jump off a building. He asks her for her opinion and she just throws pure venom on his face. Keep in mind this is a throne he was forced onto by his family (alicent, otto even aemond) he loses his son and these people still can't give him a break. Aegons a terrible person but I'm not surprised he went out on that suicide mission
I love the multiple levels in Maximus believing monsters live in the vaults. He grew up near Vault 4, so it was probably huge news when the gulpers escaped. He was also right because Vaut-Tec is monstrous.
As to shady sands crater, depending on the type of nuke used, how close to the surface it could make a even bigger crater. We do know that the nukes in the fallout franchise have less radiation power as compared to real nukes, but they pack a bigger explosion punch. They are more akin to a dirty bomb than a real nuke.
Well, hmthe ghoul surviving and becoming a ghoul was probably small doses of FEV (Forced Evolutionary Virus), which was used to make mutants and the eay the stimpacks works there looks a awful a lot with a FEV variant drug, but with localized effects and very very small doses of it. Maybe something shortlived. But yeah, thats my best bet.
He was able to put out that much energy because he knew he was already dead, he usually only puts a little because he’s not immune to their explosions.
There is a fallout story where a toaster oven’s AI becomes intelligent and self aware. It wants to rule the world. So Titus may have had a valid mission. The elders just don’t give out much information.
I heard this is the last venom movie unless they transition to another character or finally put Venom with Spider-Man because of Secret Wars. I worried with there being no villain present. There is already a confirmation of a Brave New World villain.
Daemon feeling guilty about having the boy killed, seeing young Rhaenyra speaks volumes I think.. Young Rhaenyra had respect and adorned Deamon and Queen Rhaenyra is disappointed and can't trust him anymore because of his actions. That's how I saw it, Daemon has grown a conscience.
I wouldnt go that far. He just misses young Rhaenyra. A version of her who liked him fully and was easily swayed. Adult her is out of his control and sees him as less than. And its not what he likes.
The Bracken's and Blackwood's didn't need much of an excuse to slaughter each other. They got into it when Rhaenyra was looking for a husband last series and the small Blackwood slayed the Bracken who was bullying him in front of her. They wouldn't even agree on the colour of the sky.
