I am just now (2024) replacing the original battery in my 2019 Teryx. I also went with the lithium battery for mine but I doubt it will last as long as the factory one did. I use a Noco tender.

I understand. I would felt the same way. There was a total of 4 machines in our group that road in our group. We all had some kind of issues with this 1st year model. Front drive shafts breaking, computer codes prevent the engine from running correctly, and suspension issues. I can go on. I'm sorry for my quick wording with my 1st comment. The reason I reacted like that is due to all the problems my friends and family have had with the Honda Talon. Any the crazy amount of money it cost us for fixes from the dealer that did not work..........If you own one and love it, I THINK THAT IS GREAT! I hope you have or have had better luck with it than us. Riding in any machine is amazing. Thank you again please forgive quick judgement.

Same crap is happening to my Dad (82 years old) and Honda is refusing to warranty it. The engine is bad and only has 400 miles on it. In Dad’s case he bought his with the Jackson Turbo kit installed by the dealership. The dealership is blaming my father for not cleaning the air filter enough. He cleaned it twice and again it only has 400 miles on it. Honda is refusing to warranty the engine. I own a Talon also. I am thinking of selling it due to these problems. HONDA CAN KISS MY ASS. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER HONDA PRODUCT EVER AGAIN.
3 years later my dad is dealing with the exact same problem and Honda is refusing to warranty it. Folks, DO NOT BUY HONDA! They have gone to shit. I am thinking of selling my Talon because of this problem still happening.

How often do you change the oil is hrs or mileage I’ve been doin lots of road driving lately now up to 2500 miles since using dirt legal and have really been enjoying the riding round town and really didn’t know how often to change it I was gonna do every 50 hrs but didn’t know if the 30-60 miles daily driving I’ve been doin is to much for the Rotela oil I use I sure would love to get the miles you have out on your machine had my first issue the other day while having new tender springs adjusted they told me I have a bad wheel bearing most likely what’s have destroyed my right side tire being out of align anyways let me know how often you change your oil

How many miles you gettin out of a belt? Im on the east coast and do alot of trail and hillclimbs, i have 23 krx but it doesn't have the newer model clutch
Just curious if you ever had any u-joints go out(?) I'm at 3K on 2017 T4LE and still on factory tires and parts.. only changed battery. Wondering if I should be proactive on anything.
I changed my 2017 tank vent to a high point behind the passenger seatbelt mount when it was new because of deep water crossings so it never had vent issues. We did the belt proactively at 2300 mi last year and it had tons of life left in it. My first true failure was this year and it was the OEM battery.. lasted 6yrs. Super reliable machine.
Just bought the 2022 trail edition. I have a ? for you, on the 600 mile service to lube the spline shaft & cv boot to lube. My dealer says it is an all day job which would be $$$. Did you do this every 600 miles.
